I was planning on getting the $600 washer/dryer but now I'm having second thoughts. My store only has 2 so I need be pretty much the first one in line. It's supposed to be raining. I don't really "need" them. And it would take all my BF money. Uggg...what to do?

I started up mine from Walmart, same thing. There is a bunch of junk you need to go through in the beginning. It seems a little slow but my other two computers are duel core so I can't really compare them. It's not that slow though. Don't think I could use it as my only computer, but if it was all I had I guess I'd have to wouldn't I? It will be fine for DS10, he will love it! :)

Me too! I got most of the kids shopping done with all the toy catalog sales that have been going on the past few weeks. All I'm going out for on BF is to Sears for the washer/dryer and try to get the 19" TV online while I'm in line at Sears. It's been a few years since I've done this little on BF.

Yes you can get an external hard drive for it but it won't help the operating system. It has Windows CE which is basically an OS for a cell phone. You will not be able to play online games that use Flash (most of them even games like Farmville) because that netbook doesn't have flash. Also an external hard drive is at least $50 so instead of $80 it will be more like $130. It would be well worth it to spend a little extra for one like the Compaq at Best buy for $150 or one of the Acers for $180.

Ok. I did see it in the Target and Kmart toy catalogs for $35 and B2B1F on Thomas in the Kmart BF ad. Is that it?

Just saw a commercial for this and think DD would love it. I used the search but didn't find anything. It's regularly $35-40. Has anyone seen it in a pre-bf, bf or post-bf ad? Thanks!

Go to walmart.com and find your stores ad. There is a store map there for some of the doorbusters. If you click on an item it will tell you if it's instore only or also online.
