When it was the linited too it was always bogo, last year when it switched to justice it was 40% off the whole store...but they have that sale almost ALL the time w/ a coupon so Im hoping this year it will be a bit better...

I am definately getting the 3g kindle this year for the holidays and I am wondering if anyone remembers last year if there were any special deals on it? Like i remember Amazon had like 100gc if you bought xbox or such things likethat? Or if it went on sale at all in the past? I want to make sure it doesnt sell out but if there might be a good deal I wont mind waiting it out... ( I know Target has the 5% but they are always out of stock...)

This comes up every year. It is a very tricky subject. I have 3 kids and my brother and sister each only have 1. I spend around 100-150 for my niece and nephew but I make it very clear to my brother and sister to not spend that per child of mine because it would be to much for them. My sister doesnt have alot of money so I still spend that much on my niece and only ask her to buy a 10-20 gift for each of mine. It is not about the dollar per dollar for me. ( plus I buy my kids ALOT of gifts so they know not to get upset if they have less then their cousins) With that said though, if you have a family that doesnt get alot of gifts you have to think of the childs point of view..if your kid gets a nintendo wii and then they only got a a 50 dollar gift like a doll they might be upset by this and they dont understand money yet. Its a very sensitive topic. So I would talk with your sister and see if maybe u could do a 50 limit per kid. You would still be spending more but then each kid would get the same sort of gift and noone would get upset, maybe your sister would be ok with that? So I guess my advice is to just talk honestly with her and see what works for both of you and the kids.

You got the target toy ad in the paper? The only ad in mine was the regular target ad and the tru christmas ad..

A 500 limit ( so a 50 reward) within the next two months. I believe exact dates were 10/31-12/24..then the award will be emailed or mailed.

I definatley hear what u r saying. I spend way more then 500 so I do wish there was no limit..but on the other hand I do think that 10% back is very generous. Most of the other stores only offer between 3-5%.

Anyone know when this will be in the paper? 11/3 is a Wednesday.( strange day to start a sale) so I was expecting the book to be in todays paper like usual but it wasnt. Do u think it will be in Tuesdays paper? I had also read that it would be available to see online today but it isnt..so any thoughts?

I got my books in the paper today. What was annoying is my husband said he had to look through several of the same types of paper ( tampa tribune) to find 5 of them that actually had the toy book in them ( I needed alot of those coupons so I made him buy 5 papers) So either tru is cutting down and only putting it in some papers and not all OR people are going through the newspapers n just stealing the tru books out so they dont need to spend the money on the toy book in the paper. Either option is REALLY annoying since hubby took like almost 30 mins searching through them to actually BUY those papers!

I will almost bet my life that if you call back n get someone else they will tell u something TOTALLY different! I LOVE LOVE LOVE tru but they 800 people NEVER have a clue when it comes to the big book and each person will tell u something different... For as long as I can remember its ALWAYS in the Sunday paper, ALWAYS a full book, and ALWAYS has the coupon on the back...so dont sweat it =) It will be in the paper 2morrow!

It was automatic n they did let you break your purchases up into quanties of 100...

This was on sale on bf at tru for like 80-90 dollars if i remember correctly..n i think it was paired w/ a free set of railroad tracks that were valued at that much as well...

It is usually 30% off I think actually..and u can stack it with the coupon you get..And then they have some of their stuff on sale...but the percent off is usually only until 6am-10am..depending if it is outlets or regular store...

Ugh! No book or coupons!! I am gonna call tru 2morrow and ask them what the deal is...

Ricotta cake 1 yellow cake box mix ( and any additional ingredients used to make the cake mix) 2tsp vanilla ( or vanilla pudding jello mix) The pudding mix will make it WAY more moist, while the vanilla extract will just give it more of a vanilla flavor but keep a firmer consistancy) 4 eggs 2lbs ricotta cheese 3/4 cup sugar Confectionary sugar Make the yellow cake mix as directed on the box. Grease pan and put cake mix in pan Mix together your ricotta, sugar, vanilla, and eggs Spread this mixture on top of the cake mixture Place in oven at 350 degrees for one hour ( Cake mixture should now be on top with ricotta mixture on the bottom) Let cool and then cut into squares. Then top with confectionary sugar.

I personally would NEVER bring my kids. That is the night/day for me n my bff to shop until we drop ( or run out of money) whichever comes first..lol! But, I have been lucky enough to ALWAYS have my hubby or mom watch them. I think we should not judge others. Its not my place to say what other people should do. I see both sides and while I might not agree with taking out kids ESPECIALLY little ones, they are not my kids and its not mine or other peoples choice... So imo I think we should just each worry about ourselves and pray that the kids that are out have good supervision ( which alot of them do)

mine is still not here. So I will probably miss out on the coupons AGAIN..so frustrating since I buy SO much there...but I just got annoyed n printed out the whole pdf to actually have it in my hands..lol!
