I am returning 3 of the 4. I don't want them for $70 & they were Santa presents and someone told one of my boys I got them all tablets & he told the other boys. So I can't give them from Santa. I will try sending in the one that I keep as I've got nothing to lose. I tried calling their number, but they're closed for the holidays. Now to go emergency shopping for Santa gifts. I'm so frustrated, I had Santa done & didn't give it a second thought for a month!

Duh! I missed it, I had 4 of the Polaroid tablets to send in the $30 rebate for (so $120) I didn't realize they were to be postmarked by Today & its a Sunday so I can't anyway. I didn't cut the upc off as they're xmas gifts. Why did they give them a rebate date of 12/23?!?

I have a thing for heels and would so wear these, but only @ xmas or Valentines Day so I'm going to pass. But if they showed up in my stocking, I'd be over joyed!

I got one of these cheap with rebate at Menards. My husband uses it when framing in our basement. He's up on a ladder screwing in the studs and this holds a lot of screws up where he can get them without worrying if they'll fall etc... Very hand, though we were laughing at it at first. Don't place it next to electronics (under the tree etc...) as it does have multiple strong magnets.

Darn, it says the promotion has now ended. I need to read all of the forums more regularly!

Just a tidbit too, an elephant with its trunk up is a good luck sign, it signifies long life. So if you have the option, trunk up! I don't know if you happen to have any friends or family that will soon be in the Washington DC airport (jeeze, I forget which it was, the one in the city right by the Washington Monument) but I just bought my son an elephant at the Smithsonian Museum Gift Shop there for approx $12. I checked again today & the price was back to $99. I bought it. I never knew eBay to change prices. I'm relieved to have this present done!

The mall we were at had a 17 year old get stabbed. It is in West Des Moines, IA. I didn't notice anything but it's a huge mall & police weren't called. Someone drove him to the hospital. Sounds quite odd. Glad I missed it!

He decided he wanted this one, I went to buy it and low and behold they raised the price! Not just the price, but the warranty price too! ????? Oh I am steamed. Its up $30 more (if I buy the warranty too) I thought only Amazon did this. Shame on you Garmin, I was ready to buy.

You can get a square trade warranty for $8 for one year or $11 for 2 years which may make up for the refurbished. I always get quite nervous with the thought of buying refurbished, but maybe that is worth it to add the warranty. My husband decided he wanted a GPS for xmas and keeps adding to what it must have. I understand the maps, but now he has stated it needs traffic. I only find this funny because we don't have traffic issues around here.

Legos aren't showing up 40% off. That's all I need & I don't want to do the line there.

I went @ 4am to get one. I couldn't sleep anyway. I'm tired now, trying to nap but my dog is denying me by barking. My paper is missing Sams, Pet smart, & Petco. Maybe others. Luckily I have here! I like all ads to price match etc...

I just ordered 4 Polaroid 8 inch tablets @ a final price of $40 each after KC & rebate! Thanks for the posting Patty! I wasn't getting the boys tablets, but at that price Santa couldn't refuse. Plus I got a cute Batman case for one. Now I don't need to fight for the Nook at Sears Tomorrow!

Last year I couldn't sleep Wednesday night. I kept calling the gas station to see when they'd get it in. We live in the country & its a drive to get the paper, didn't want to keep driving there. They were entertained. Paper arrived at 3am. I got one right away. The year before, they were sold out when I went in @ 6:30.

I was waiting for Batman 2 for Wii too. That makes me so frustrated, I was sitting here waiting specifically for that.

I'm so disappointed in the Verizon ad!

I can see the new email address option for the trial. I'm going to look at ads & see if what I want is offered @ stores for similar prices. Try to not get the items from Amazon that I can get in person to save my shipping items for when I need them. The first time I had prime I shared someone from here's account. That price works for me. I only have internet on my phone, I'm not ever streaming video or downloading books etc . It's just Christmas shopping where it affects me & after how poorly last year's toy sale went I'm glad I didn't buy it then!

Darn, but thanks! I knew I had read it but started to question my memory! I have a few things to purchase that will get me through a few purchases I have plannedfor Monday. I may just buy some soap or something on other days if needed to get me to the $25 free shipping total.

I used to have an amazon prime membership. It expired & we had a student membership. It expired & I rarely use it other than November - December so I can't see spending $80 on one. However, I thought I saw where you could do a month by month membership, which would make more sense for me. I am watching some of the Black Friday movie, cd, & video game schedules & I don't think I'll be able to keep $25 worth of stuff I want to buy with each item that comes up (which explains why they're so spread out) Does anyone remember hearing about a monthly option? I couldn't find it on Amazon.

I believe these are lightning deals on Amazon at the time listed in the description. To get it at that price you have to purchase it during those times. I marked my calendar with reminders to send me notifications for the games I'm interested in. (also for the movies & cds they have lists for)

Two of the items I'm interested in are Thursday doorbusters. I want the GPS & Nook. Am I reading it right that their prices online don't go down until 2am CST Friday? The GPS is available at that price @ several places, do I'm not too worried about that but the Nook seems to not be available elsewhere @ that price.
