I found alot at Target today. I bought some of the trio sets, some 3 pk of transformers, my little ponies, Thomas the train 2 packs, travel games, some Hershey's pot of gold, some of the Disney Cars shake and go cars were 75% off. I also found one of those dogs that swim. You can put them in the bathtub or whatever. I forgot the name of them. Thatw as regular $29.99 marked down to $7.49. I only wish I could have gotten some wrapping paper. Our store had no more wrapping paper.

DD15 loves all of the aero clothes. Those were her favorite by far. DS9 was thrilled to tears that we got him tickets to go to a WWe match. DD6 her favorite is the american girl twins. DS3 loves his boy baby doll. The one that swims. They all got tons of stuff and have not had time to touch most of it as we had a house full of people all day yesterday. So their favorites could change once they get up and get started today.

So I just tracked my sports authority shipment. It shows it arrived in Hodgkins, IL on 12-22 at 6:35 a.m. Then it shows it departed Hodgkins, IL on 12-23 at 8:42 p.m. Wow, I can not believe they sat on it that long. Seriously. UPS has had my package since 12-15. I don't think I am going to get my package tomorrow. SO BUMMED!!!

I went in to Target today for some last minute Christmas items. There were alot of toys marked down already. I did not have time (or the patience for that matter) to look up and down each aisle as the store was packed. I did notice toy wrestlers were 50% off (my boys love those), some of the generation girls (or whatever those dolls are called) furniture items were 30% off and some were 50%. All of their endcaps were full of cleanrance toys.

Christmas Vacation

I ordered a telescope for DS from Sports Authority on Dec 12. It shipped UPS on Dec 15. I was tracking it then suddenly ir said delivery re-scheduled and now it says scheduled delivery date is Dec 24. Monday I received an e-mail from Sports Authority saying "Last Day to order and get your item in time for Christmas with standard shipping". I called them and asked how I know I will get it when ordering on the 21st when I ordered on the 12th and have not got it yet. They said it was UPS mistake an I should call them. SO I did. they reassured me I would get it on the 24th. So we will see. I got him plenty that he would not miss it if it were not here, but that is not the point. I ordered it in plenty of time so it should be here. What good is it going to do me after Christmas?

Thanks for all of the ideas. I talked with DH last night. He thinks I should get DS9 the Tony Hawk game for the wii. Not sure he will like it, but if not he can take it back after Christmas and pick something out himself. For DD6 he wants me to give her the AG dolls we bought from his parents and order the one on back order to give her when it comes in. I am not going to do that as that was one of her big gifts from Santa. So I may just go buy her a few outfits from Justice or something. Still not sure yet. DS3 he says we should get him some educational toys. I thought about getting him a leapster 2. Anyone have it already? Is this good for 3 year olds? Then I can get him a few games to go with it. DD15 I am just going to get her some clothes and maybe some make-up.

My in laws want all of the money spent on gifts. They already told me that. They like for the kids to have stuff to open there. They have 8 other grandkids and they will all be getting toys etc so they want them all to have stuff to open. The three oldest already have a digital camera and my youngest has a kid type digital camera. They all have new bikes that they just got over the summer. They have a playstation 3 and two wii's. No interest in an Xbox 360. We have a trampoline with enclosure. My oldest (15) is a girl 9 yr old boy, 6 yr old girl, and 3 yr old boy. The only thing my boys are really into right now is wrestling. I think they have every wrestling toy on the market right now. My youngest DD loves american girl dolls. She has two and I already got her the twins for Christmas. She wanted Kit. I called AG to see if they do overnight shipping. They do, but Kit is on backorder till jan 8. Figures.

I finally finished my shopping this morning. Made sure all of the gifts were even between all four kids. My mom came over and helped me wrap for hours today. SO we got allmost all of the wrapping done. Now my in-laws came over about an hour ago and gave me $500.00. Ask me to go shopping for my kids cause they don't know what to get them. I really don't mind, but now I dont know what ot get them either. I have bought everything from their lists except pillow pets and I can not seem to get these right now. I have an appointment tomorrow to get my hair done. Wednesday I have an appointment to get an ultrasound and then a dr appointment. So if I do find time to shop I would really like to be able to go in and get what I need and get out. Anyone have any gift ideas. My kids are 15, 9, 6, snd 3. Thanks so much.

The kids and I bake all day on Christmas Eve. We will then go to mass. We always go on Christmas Eve too so that we dont have to worry about being late etc on Christmas morning. Then we go to my in-laws for dinner, gift exchange etc. Once we come home, it is usually really late so I don't have to worry about the kids not wanting to go to bed. They put out a cupcake for Santa, carrotts and either egg nog or hot chocolate. They go to bed. Usually DH ends up falling asleep and I put everything out myself. I already warned him that he is not doing that this year. I can't be lifting on the heavy stuff so he is going to have to get up and help me.

Probably around $150.00. We have a big Christmas dinner. My mom, her Dh, my brother, his 3 kids, my aunt, two cousins, and their 6 kids. Then my Dh and I with our 4 kids. We supply all of the food. We used to have everyone bring something, but to many times people came without so now we just do it so that we are sure we have everything.

I got mine yesterday. I am not to crazy about it either, but I think DD will like it.

The J bucks have now expired.

I don't really feel as though I have spent to much, but I do feel like I bought way to much. I had forgot about some of the stuff that I bought until I started pulling it all out a few days ago. We normally spend about $1000.00 on each of the kids. That is counting their big gifts. I actually think I spent a little less than that this year, but they are getting a TON of stuff.

I bought my DS one of these. I found the cars at Walmart, Target and meijer.

I never know what to buy my DH either. He is impossible. He says the same thing about me. We usually agree not to buy each other gifts and donate extra to the angel tree or something with the money we would have used on each other.

I used my JC Penny charge with the $10 code and I had no problems with it working.

Shouldn't be a problem. I too bought my DS jeans on balck friday. They did not fit. I could nto find my receipt anywhere. I had all my receipts from that day together, but for some reason that one was not tehre. Went into the store. They told me I could do an exchange. Had to exchange for jeans, but it could be a different size or color if I wanted. I had 4 pair and I had no issues.

I love it. I will be renewing mine for the third time in January. I love the convenience of it.

I didn't get an old navy ad in my paper. However, there is a code to save 20% online. I just ordered a bunch of the sleep pants online. I wanted to order a few maternity pants anyhow (they dont have maternity clothes in our old navy BM store) so I just went ahead and ordered the sleep pants online as well. Good price when you save an extra 20%. Made them only $5.60 a pair.
