Are you looking only for food type gift baskets? I was at Bath and Body Works yesterday and they had all of their gift sets 30% off.

I too was at Target today and all of their endcaps in the toy department were full of toys that were on clearance. I dont remember everything but some of the things I remember are Moon Sand BullEye Ball Game Disney Cars hot wheels a babydoll with accessories I dont remember what else there was.

These are on sale at Target this week too.

I just ordered two pairs. I wasn't sure about the sizes either. Hope they fit.

My son (8) asked for a weather machine. Wasn't sure what it was. He said it is a machine that you can use to change the weather to make it sunny and melt the snow. I told him they dont have anything out like that. He said well the elves should be able to make it. They can make anything. He too is at the age where he has been asking ALOT of questions. I told him that the elves only make toys and that they could not make something that would go against nature. My youngest son (2) says he wants pop for Christmas.

They will not let you use the too bucks or the coupons that came in the mail. I went there because I had the 50% off coupons that came in the mail. She said the buy one get one could not be used with anything else. The way they do it is nice though. If you buy two items or more, you just save 50%. So you don't have to buy an even number of items, and you don't have to try to get items that are close in price. That is what she told me. I bought 9 items, and sure enough when I looked at my receipt it took 50% off of each item. I think I am going to go back tomorrow.

I would love to get this for my DH and my DS. For the Michigan International speedway says they have to be 14 to ride. My son is only 8. he loves Nascar and would have loved this.

I was at Limited too today and they had everything in the store is buy one get one free (including webkinz). They are $16.50 there, so you can get two for that price and they have all of the new ones.

I bought one for my son. He has worn it a few times. Have not had a problem with it yet. I would sure try to take it back. Worst thing they can do is say no, but I am pretty sure they will let you exchange it.

I have a food steamer that I bought from Target. It comes with different size trays and a rice steaming bowl. This is one of the cheapest ones I have seen, but I love it. I have had mine for over 2 years and I use it almost every day. I steam vegetables for my kids and they love them. They would not eat vegetables at all before, but now when I steam them they will. Anyone have this? I am debating getting it for my 2 year old. I already got him Biscuit the dog and Spike the dinosaur. I was going to get this before I got those, but decided it wasn't worth $100.00. Now I am wondering if I should get it since it is a better price.

I buy gift cards for my kids stockings. I always get McDonalds, Chuck E Cheese, the movies, the dollar store, Borders books, and Subway (my boys love subway). Sometimes I also get some random ones. This year my daughter will be getting one from Sweet and Sassy. She loves that place. I may get them each one for Dunkin donuts and take them there for hot chocolate and donuts one morning. I try to get them from places that I know they will like to go while they are on winter break from school. So maybe a bookstore, movies, Chuck E Cheese, dollar store, favorite restaurant?

I picked up two of these a few weeks back at Meijer. I have seen them at Walmart as well.

We have Rockband for the wii. When I bought it I asked the guy at Gamestop if the guitar from Guitar hero would work with Rockband. He told me it would, but we can not get it to work. We were just rying this evening, and it would not work.

I am gonna check tomorrow. I already bought several for Christmas. If they are on sale I will get some to put up for Easter abcksets. I had not thought of that. Thanks Elena for the idea.

I placed an order with radio shack on Black Friday morning. I ordered two of the FM transmitters for the Ipod. I had no problems. Received my order less than a week later.

We have both a trampoline and a wooden swing set. We bought our swing set from Rainbow Playsets about 4 years ago. It was very pricey. About $3500.00. We bought our trampoline shortly after. My kids are 8, 5, and 2. They NEVER play on the swing set. The only thing it is good for now is when we have outdoor parties in the summer. They love the trampoline and play on it all of the time. Even in the winter they like to go outside and jump on it in the snow. We have a 15' trampoline. If you have the space for the bigger one I would get it. The more room you have the better. Especially if there will be more than one kid on there. And be sure to get the enclosure. I would not let my kids go on it without one. Our neighbor fell off of their trampoline (no enclosure), and she broke her arm and bruised her face pretty bad. Scary!

We never did this at home, but when my kids went to Catholic school they used to take one shoe in and leave it and when they would go back the next day their shoes would be filled with chocolate coins from St Nick.
