  1. That's what I get for not scrolling all the way down to the page when I was on that last site, 5 min ago
  2. BF = Family Time and just general goofing around with my brothers and my kids! even if we don't get everything we wanted, we still have fun!
  3. nothing yet... but shouldn't the title of this thread say "Check your e-mail" ?
  4. I'm still in shock for winning anything at all Thanks Gottadeal and congrats to everyone!!! I love this place!
  5. Yay! Got out of the shower and checked here to find out that Best Buy's sale is up online :) I only really needed one thing (Polaroid POGO printer for $19.99 -$50 reg price) and I didn't know whether or not Walmart would have it in stock to price match but free shipping @ best buy means my wife gets her gift delivered to the door
  6. If you weren't able to get the dsi or dsi xl yesterday, amazon has a better deal with the a green or orange bundle that can be pre-ordered NOW and will go live friday also according to amazon's site. Those bundles are $149.99 including Mario Party DS AND a $25 gaming credit towards any physical game from amazon's video game store. (see below). Basically, you're paying $99.99 for the Dsi, ~$25 for Mario Party DS and $25 towards an additional game (or games depending on price) you'll get later! That has to be the best deal out there for the Dsi bundle of any sort! $25 Bonus Order this game and receive a $25 promotional credit toward the purchase of any physical item from the Amazon Video Games store (digital products not eligible) shipped and sold by Amazon.com. The promotional credit will be added directly to your Amazon.com account within two days after your order ships. This offer will be extended to all existing pre-orders. Offer valid when shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Limit one per household. Amazon reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time Pre-order to not miss out and get the price-guarantee. ORANGE LINK GREEN LINK
  7. also, if you recycle any qualifying computer @staples, you can save an additional $100 instantly when you purchase any HP computer. in store only according to their ad
  8. BestBuy link didn't work but I looked up sku 1287391 based on link. They are similarly spec'd and the base price is the same (I think it may in fact be the same laptop, just different model # because one is staples and one is best buy) so I would go with the staples model that is currently $479 after rebate. The best buy model is still $749. So long as they don't end up modeling 1,000+ part items in class, it should be sufficient. I would personally prefer a better graphics card (as the one in both is just integrated Intel HD) but it would suffice 95% of the time. The rest of the time, it might lag for a little bit while it is processing the information (not likely due to the high school courses) but it will get the job done. If you are worried about it and would prefer something with a graphics card (and assuming the $750 area is in your price range) the other staples deal is pretty good. http://www.staples.com/HP-Pavilion-dv7-4171us-17.3-Laptop/product_905669?cmArea=FEATURED:SC3:CG71:DP4118:CL161747 It has a mid range mobile graphics card and the Phenom triple-core processor is rated higher than the other lappie's Corei3-370, it comes with a 9-cell battery vs the 6-cells and has a blu-ray rom
  9. got a circular in the LA Times for this. Good chance for everyone to see what it's all about. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/pagedetails/content.jsp?pageName=910_15for15_membership
  10. I used to work at Target and it was company policy at the time (same with JCPenney) that a Cast Member (employee) was not allowed to purchase or hold (out of the public's sight) an item and purchase it during their shift...including breaks. They were allowed to during lunch and before/after your scheduled hours. If they wanted to hold something for themselves, they had to have someone else hold it for them at a register where the general public could see it and if a customer asked for it, the cashier could not say it was being held. It happened a lot at JCPenney when they have their clearance sales (up to 70% off clearance + 20% employee discount?!=time to stock up)
  11. wife got her Q also but it was in the form of a mailer, not inside the booklet earlier this week.
  12. cutexianchick, not to take away from the Target nature of this thread...but if you're on Verizon, they have several (all good!) Android phones which can pretty much run the same apps throughout. They vary only in their size/speed/keyboard/price. They have the Droid, Droid 2, Droid Incredible, Droid X, and LG Ally. I would recommend looking in store and comparing what your likes are. If you have questions, head over to the Tech forum and we'll be happy to answer them there :) Nowadays, there's lots of us on GD with Android phones on all networks!
  13. Not that I disagree, but I just want to say that ANdroid is proving to be the alternative that people want to the iOS (iphone). Verizon did a wonderful job getting "Droid" into people's heads so whenever they see the newest Android phone they always ask, "Is that the Droid?" Even when they see my phone (T-mobile G1) which has been out for over a year before the Droid came out. That being said, I'm glad took the initiative to be one of the first big retailers (besides amazon.com) to have an Android App to help us save $$! Now if only they could have a Perimeter Perusing section on there
  14. All the ones I've been to in SoCal (Inland Empire to Brea) still have at least 1/4 an aisle of Leapfrog items. Most have an entire side just for them. They just introduced the Leapster Explorer so that product line is just coming out. Only one store has completely re-done their Toy section so that may be why yours doesn't have it anymore. All our toy clearance was over by housewares/frozen foods bunched together as tightly as possible to not need to leave clearance in their respective aisles or endcaps but where a lot of foot traffic could see it in one day.
  15. This is on rollback at all wal-mart stores. Some people are finding that their stores are allowing competitor store coupons so they used the $5 off 1 Q from Walgreens last week. I don't know if there are new coupons out either.
  16. The price is always what draws people to these...but after hearing so many....SO MANY horror stories, I wouldn't touch a celeron pc with a 10' pole. Chances are that someone who gets this is going to multitask the heck out of this and get frustrated when the pc cannot handle what they're throwing at it. for $100 more you can often find MUCH better deals (we've seen them posted here!) that's my 2 cents. now if i can't convince you otherwise, I posted some comparable laptops that would give as much as choice as possible. If you're one of the lucky few who doesn't have problems with their Celeron based pc, then I envy you because I wished my laptop would've been that good. Good luck :)
  17. I was just at Staples buying yellow and white cardstock. They had multi color packs (125 & 250 sheets) for 12.99-$14.99. You can buy 2 packs of 250 (110lb. weight) for $29.98 and use a $10 off $25 Office Depot Coupon (many staples accept competitors coupons) to get 500 sheets for $19.98+tax Office Depot Coupon
  18. if you're referring to my post above, you need to select the car rental company (Budget) and a box will open where the Customer Discount Number should go.
  19. Try this Orbitz link: CLICK HERE and enter this coupon code for Budget Rent-A-Car: Z959200 (select Budget) in the bottom menu. I don't know what size/time you're looking to pick up, but if you pick up at a non-airport location, you'll typically get better rates. I'm showing $253 for economy car to $274 for Standard car. (for the entire length of stay, not per week) Good luck :)
  20. You're lucky they sold it to you because those are the packs of juice that should be broken down to individual juice boxes and sold near the food court. I'm surprised they didn't catch that (considering how they've been over the last few months)

  22. tried registering a brewer as mentioned under the other post (using AAA's or 1234567890) to just purchase the Kcups as a gift and it pops up as "Serial Number not valid" Any way I can get that deal as well for the 4 boxes for $25 through Keurig?
  23. print out the coupon policy HEREthat states they can reduce the value of the coupon if it exceeds the value of the item. When in doubt call Customer Relations (1-800-440-0680 and just press "0" at each prompt to get through faster) then have them speak to the cashier or manager. There should not be any reason they should not accept a valid coupon for a valid item.

  25. The Didj wasn't necessarily a failure but the age group it targeted preferred to receive a Nintendo DS or Playstation PSP which are for completely different uses. For those who bought them and continue to use their Didj (and those looking for a good educational tool for 7-11 year olds) the Didj is a GREAT product. They have had many sales on all their systems/products (Tag, Tag Jr., Leapster2, Leapster L-Max, Didj, My Pal Scout, etc.) at various times for each item but they have continued to have more titles come out for both the Leapster and Didj. The latest games to come out for the Didj were all produced in summer 2009 with more stated to be on the way.
