Ok, DS wants the Xbox one but does not know about the kinect part. He is in his 20's and it does not seem like he would use it much. What is your opinion on the Kinect piece?

Depends on the age of the kids but love your idea. Cookie baking - everyone picks their favorite to make Find an Angel Tree and donate to a family as a family (go out and pick up presents and food together) Family nights - movies, decorating, seeing lights, dressing up and taking pictures

For those that don't at least say "Thank you", send a card and make a donation in their name to a charity you like. This way you know the money goes to a good cause and you have done your "duty"

I joined Gottadeal for Black Friday several years ago. I loved checking out the leaked ads and then found out that it is a year round site that has helped save me money all year long. I check the site daily and love to red the posts from others. I have been able to find things with the help of other members. I can not say enough about how much money I have saved. I Love Gottadeal

I love the smell of the real tree but have to confess that the fake looks great and is less work to take care of. Also, in Southern California, less of a fire hazard.

Sometimes the doorbusters at Walmart can be found just laying around the store as others have abandoned them

This is the one area I loved being a single parent. The only person to decide was me. As for your issue, you may want to check to see if they each like the same games. So long as they like different games on the different platforms you should be good, but if they both like the same, you may lose your TV. In which case, you get a new one for the bedroom
