I ordered a flannel sheet set on 11/28 and now it is back ordered to 1/14/14. There are other colors available but CS will not switch my order to one of them because it is in fulfillment. WTH? They state I can wait or cancel the order and re-order the other color but they will not match the price. Not happy with the online experience

Last part of 11/28 order came in yesterday. A little slower than the other but not horrible

UGG does have outlet stores. You would need to check the outlets near you to see if they are there.
