###Valentines Day 90% off in north DFW - - Candy 75% off ###Red dot "Dollar Spot" 75% off in north DFW Found Incredibles Zippy sandwich bag/snack bag combos (10 each per pouch - total of 20) for .25. Never seen the character bags in snack sizes, but very pleased as we use the snack size baggies all the time for small lunch bag items. Red dollar spot was scattered all over the place, so keep looking! I initially thought that there were only two bins left, but scored a basket full of goodies that were scattered throughout the dollar area. Good day at Target and worth getting out in all the rain. Also, found a few more $1 boxes of the Hefty gallon bags (all with the peelies in tact). When I went to check out, I told the clerk to leave the peelies on because I had some MQs for $1 of 2 that would make the bags cheaper, and the very helpful clerk said that I could use both!! Sure enough, she scanned the MQs AND the .20 off peelies making each box 30 cents each!!!

Went today and they were very busy organizing all the clearance. Don't know if it was coincidence, but I'm hopeful something will happen soon. Can't remember if their sale usually breaks on Fridays or if that is just for the cc holders. If anyone knows and wants to share, please post. Thanks.

Valentine 75% off this morning but very picked over. Bagged candy still 50%. Got a couple stuffed bears to tuck away for next year. Decent size for 2.49. Also found the sports themed note pads (16 per bag) that will be great for birthday goodie bags. ###240020912 16 count notepads .49 was 1.99 No movement in toys. Was watching Battleship Torpedo that was marked down to $5 from $10 but it didn't move. There were about 12 of them on Tuesday, went back today and there was only one left. ###087100581 Battleship Torpedo Attack 5.00 was 10.00 Thanks to the GD'r that posted about the Hefty gallon bags. There were only three left and I had 1 MQ for $1 off and another MQ $1 off 2, so got 3 boxes of the Hefty gallon bags for $1. Kind of made up for my lack luster run at Vday clearance.

30% of some bulk items. Saw lots of bulk office supply items marked to 30%: packs of bubble mailers, 4 packs of lined notebook paper, 6 pk mailing tape, envelopes, legal pads. GI Joe toys still at 50% (maybe they will go 75% Thursday). Saw a large red transformer in hexagon shaped box that was 75% (~$5) and a few outdoor bocce ball sets, and other outdoor game sets marked down, but didn't look to see how much. Valentines items already dwindling. Not much hope of seeing anything at 75% off, much less 90%. Bummer.

Womens winter pjs went 75% off today. There were tons of the 2pc flannel sets (some folded, some on hangers) and the one piece long johns also went to 75%. Also found a few toy stragglers and a Halo Game that had an internet return sticker on it for $6.06, but rang up 24.99. 3 full racks of boys clothing marked 75%off and 4 full racks at 50%. Found hoodies for 3.xx and long sleeve tees $2 and under. Lots of activity in infants. Didn't have time to look.

Went today to return a couple of shirts that my boys didn't like and the sale was still going on. Asked the clerk and he said it was on until Thursday (1/24) and that it was just a store by store decision. I took a quick look through the boys section and there were some new items marked down that weren't there over the weekend. Don' t know if they were new mark downs or items that I missed my previous trip. This was the Firewheel store. Might be worth checking your store to see if they've been extended too.

WOW! Your CVS must really love their Christmas stock cuz they certainly don't want to get rid of it!! Hang in there, maybe it will go straight from 50% ot 90%. I know that mine are already stocked to the rafters with Valentines stuff. It's a sea of red stuffed animals and candy that greets you at the front. Yours has got to start needing the space. Thanks for triggering my memory of the 90% treasure hunt from last year! I stopped by several of my CVS stores on my way home from an extremely disappointing visit to Target and scored big time! Found the holiday kleenex (in oval containers) for .29!! Also found the puff pastry cooker for .99. The chia pets and chia gardens were also ringing 90% off. Found the Embrace Closeness Collections (contains: 1 razor;2 cartridges/1 shave gel 7 oz; 1 body wash 10oz) for 1.49 - originally 14.99. Also, if anyone has pets, check the pet care isle. I found the holiday dog treats and dog toys ringing 90% off but not marked. Perfume sets ringing 50% off. Thanks again!

North DFW holding at 50% on the toys. Can't believe it. Was almost weird when I went down the isles and didn't hear the beeping of the markdown team! Would have bet money on the 75% markdown being today. Stopped by the housewares and children's clothes. Nothing, nada, zip.

OMG! You have got to get signed up! Go into the store, fill out the paperwork (one page) for your Extra Care Card. Every time you shop, have them scan the card. You accumulate "Extra Care Bucks" or ECBs during each quarter. It equals 2% of what you spend plus you can take advantage of the special deals they run where you get ECBs with certain promos. Stopped by Target tonight for a Starbucks fix and made a quick trip thru the video games to pick up a gift, walked thru the gift wrap section trying to make a short cut to the registers and had to skid to a halt in front of a peg full of bright green gift bags. They looked so much like Christmas stock, I had to do a double take. Sure enough, they had "Holiday Greetings" printed on the bottom and were regularly .99. I new they would be INF, but figured I would take the chance and sure enough, the clerk started to enter .99 and I pointed out that I thought they were holiday clearance. He entered .09 and I skipped out the store with my holiday gift bags. So, don't give up! It's always worth asking.

The ones that are 90% have the price ($4.99) printed on the upper right hand corner of the package. If it doesn't have the price printed on the package, it will ring up regular price. HTH

Found a ton of Hello Kitty lip balms (3 per pack) for .39 and a large Hello Kitty chapstick with a small tin of lip balm also for .39. Both of these were in the regular bins where they keep all the tween type lip glosses. They have Christmas trees on the packaging. Not sure when my Targets restock, but found some boxes of Goldfish crackers (11 oz) for .34, Pillsbury Funfetti Holiday Cake mix .15 and the Funfetti frosting .13. Those weren't there 3 days ago, so definitely worth rechecking the isles. The Scotch paper cutters are also .49. These were next to all the .19 single rolls of Scotch tape. If you can get the coupons for $2 off (attached to 3 roll pack of Scotch tape), the deal becomes even better.
