I decided to get up early this morning and head to Walmart and finish up my shopping and see if I couldn't snag at least 1 Zhu Zhu Pet. There was only 1 guy in line, so I picked up a few other things I needed, then headed back to the Site to Store (that's where they were passing them out). By this time, there were still only 8 of us in line, so no big urgency there. There was a 1 per person limit, but since there were so few of us in line, they were letting you have 2. I got 2, but couldn't tell you who they are...lol. Yellow & white one and a light brown one. The only accessories they had were the little blankets and a carrier, so I picked those up as well. I'm sure DD will get Christmas money, so hopefully we'll be able to pick up some more accessories after Xmas.

Lowe's had them also.

I always thought they're stuff was a little pricey too, but I have gotten some really great deals in there lately. Most of my DD's christmas clothes are from the Gap. Great....now I'll have to head back in. I tell ya'.....those cute commercials with those Gap kids are adorable!! I would never think to put some of those outfits together, but they look so cute on the models!!

My 6yr old DD JUST told me today that she wanted some of these. I'm thinking....yeah right.....lol. She also asked for a real hamster. I guess these are the lesser of two evils:tongue1:

Does anyone know anything about the vinyl dolls on this site? I want to get one my DD can play with, not just look at. She's only 6yrs old and doesn't like dolls that you have to leave in the box...lol There are several different types of vinyl such as: caressalyn vinyl, gentle touch vinyl, plain vinyl. Any light anyone can shine on these would be greatly appreciated!

I'm right there with you. I have a teenage son who wants one, but I refuse to pay that much for a coat! I've been looking, but the cheapest I can find are only for thin, lightweight jackets, not winter ones. I'll let you know if I find anything. I got this for my DS last year for Christmas, had a hard time finding it to boot, ended up getting it at Walmart for $50! And.....he never plays with it

I have price matched at WM for quite a few years, but a year or so ago, I was being all organized with the items I wanted to buy at WM all typed up, with the competitor's price listed right beside it and which store it was in so I could PM. Mind you, I was feeling pretty good because I had spent a great deal of time typing up all the items I wanted and from where, had them hole-punched and in a binder, and when I got to the checkout at Walmart, they wouldn't PM without the actual ad. I was livid...lol, I told the clerk " do you think I would have spent the time on typing this all up if I was making all this up?" I got this info online, because I didn't have access to ads that year. So, I was SOL that year, but the past 2 yrs, it's been pretty easy to PM at WM. Although, I had a different experience PM groceries at a WM that I don't frequent that often. I had several groceries in my cart to PM from Kroger, but the clerk told me she couldn't do it if the difference was more than $1. I asked her if this was a company wide policy or just their stores' policy, and she responded that it was company wide. So, I bought my groceries at full WM price, only to find out that this isn't a company wide policy, or at least not all WM's are following it because the Walmart in my hometown doesn't do this, and the next closest WM to me doesn't do it either. I just wish ALL WM's would get their stories straight.

Are there any new codes today? Wanted to place another order with the 30% off before it ended last night, and totally didn't get time.

We have probably a little nicer one that we've had for years, and I wouldn't do without it. Every once in awhile a bird will set it off, but it's really not that sensitive. I wouldn't do without it!! I don't like people sneaking up on me and knocking on my door, so this gives us a little extra warning. Plus, I like the security aspect of it.

Yeah, it's to let you know when someone pulls in your driveway :)
