Yah, got e-mail notice of ready for pickup today and just picked it up. Whew! Last major gift done. I've been looking around for this tablet since thanksgiving as backup. It is out of stock everywhere or ridiculously priced everywhere else. Best Buy definitely had a fantastic price. Have seen this from 398 to 499.

Eve, saw my name highlighted, but I forwarded DC number's Friday night. My OE and SS have received.

Has anyone gotten their tablet from Best Buy yet. Just got notice of delay for mine today. I called and they claim it will still ship, but getting nervous. Starting to wonder if they oversold and now don't have stock. Thoughts! Brad hope I posted this in right spot.

Got my OE ornament today. Two elephants, which I collect, along with some chocolate. Thanks so much OE person for my ornaments. Very pretty on tree.

I'm up to 8 cards received. Thank yall. Got the lay on table...looking good. Ok, got my cards all done tonight and will drop in mail tomorrow. Wrapped SS gifts and OE. Mailing all tomorrow and will send DC to you tomorrow night Eve.

I got my 2yr old granddaughter and 18 mo old grandson the Leappad (pink and green). LOL, yeah I know their young for it, but it seemed the perfect gift for the to grow into and learn. Got each for $99, plus one was a bundle deal. Got myself and DH the ACER Iconia (one from kmart -16GB for 217.00 and one from best buy 8GB $229.) I'm so excited about those it is ridiculous. Been buying accessories at good prices too. Good luck.

Clarification....LOL, I didn't get my OE ornament in mail. I got the one for MY OE person to send them:p. I'm so confused I don't know whether I'm coming or going. PLUS, all my Black Friday boxes started arriving today.

Got my SS gift yesterday in mail. Just wanted to let my SS person know cause I'm holding that to open Christmas day. I relate to have at least one gift I don't know what it is beforehand. Mind you DH and DS are doing better. Thank you so much though. I was so excited to see. I got my ornament yesterday and it is really nice. Got SS done yesterday and just gotta wrap things up. Bought cards yesterday and gotta do them tomorrow. Got home late from work so too pooped. LOL.

Well, I didn't make it out to black friday shop. did my online shopping. First, BB - PSP3 bundle (may return)got the PSP controller, motion controller, webcams, $100 itunes card for $60 ( Cancelled) repurchased $100 itunes for $80...uggg. Game Stop - PSP3 bundle. Office Max - cordess phone with 4 units. Nordstrom - Born booties I been ogling for months Originally $150 and got for $74. Shoes.com got same Born booties in different color for $112. TOYSRUS - Thomas Train starter set for $12.

OK, I ordered the playstation 3 bundle, even though it said backordered. Said preorder ships 11/25/2011. This was the main item I needed to get for my son.

Is the assumption that we need to be purchasing as we go, vice putting items in cart and continuing to browse? Figure things may go fast. I just need the PS3 Bundle, but want others good deals. However, timing may be the deciding factor.

Got my OE ornament ordered, but will do rest of shopping this week. Going outta town this week, so will get cards done Sunday and mailed Monday.

Well, I ordered that for my granddaughter and it is called pink/purple on varying websites. It is not the standard pink more pinkish/purplish. If it is free, get it period. Now, whether some boys may be thrown off by the pink color will depend on friends perception of whether it is cool or not. It is a free leappad though. The question if whether the parents will be ok with their son having that particular color. I know it is silly to factor that in but there you go....paint the darn things green then:)

I got the green bundle from TRU three weeks ago for my grandson, but needed a pink for my granddaughter. Everywhere out of stock...even online. I finally found it online at barnes and nobles. Got the cover for each and adapter with rechargeable batteries at Leapfrog.com w/15% off. Covers were $15 each and $27 for adapter/battery pkg, reg $39. As far as the color......it was called purple on one site, but I think mostly they call it pink. Looks kinda pink/purplish. There are not two separate colors....it is same, but sites call it purple or pink. Good luck finding it....I too started panicking when I procrastinated getting the pink. Finally, took the Barnes and noble pink nook at $95

I definitely learned this the hard way last year. I was on Targets website ordering up a storm and had moved two years ago. Well , my old address was still in the data base with my new address. Guess where everything I ordered from there went. You guessed it. The old address. After waiting for my stuff to arrived ....days later, I checked my account and discovered the error. No there is a partial happy ending. I did not get the items I ordered, but Target did refund my money. They could not change the address in their system for whatever frustrating reason and they could only refund once it shipped. SMH and cricket. So, the people that bought my house at old address had a merry christmas. Updating info for all my websites this weekend.

Most banks post early due to Thanksgiving holiday. Have her call her bank and check. However, if it usually falls on Black Friday and it is usually there, I think she should do as previously advised. Go to store of choice, make selections and wait. Seems to be best option. For those bemoaning the fact she is living paycheck to paycheck and maybe shouldn't do black friday. In this economy, a lot of folks are living paycheck to paycheck. Folks have kids and are just trying to provide a good Christmas for them.

Correct me, if I'm wrong, but didn't they have some online sales on Thanksgiving Day last year. Just wondering with the early openings for Brick and Mortar stores, if said stores will start online sales in conjunction with store openings. This is driving me crazy. Mined you I don't mind getting deals earlier, but it's a matter of not wanting to be out early for Brick and Mortar sales and miss online sale start times. No, I don't have a Smart phone. Plus, it will be difficult enough doing early Brick and mortar shopping with the masses and trying to shop on a Smart phone. Unless, you are waiting in checkout line or something. Thoughts!
