Wow someone from Best Buy just answered my rant on their Facebook page.

Has anyone been able to get the $99 TV. Still sitting in coming soon status.

Which is why I love the fact that we don't have sales tax here.

Ok went ahead and placed the order for a Iron Man 2 and Wraith of the Titand on BD, an XBOX game, two pairs of Skull Candy earbuds and two wireless mice. Still trying to get the $99 TV.

Well I got the seven items back in my cart but the $99 TV is still showing coming soon. Grrrrr!!!!!!

Site is back up and now my cart is empty!!! Unfreakinbelievable!!!

All of these retailers need to take a lesson from amazon on how to handle online holiday crowds. Never had an issue getting anything from them. Hot or not.

I think they prolly flicked the off switch and hope the initial influx of people give up.

Yeah it is called a flood. LOL

You figure these retailers would learn by now and have plenty of server space available for the holidays.

Everyone better buy one of those wireless mice because you are gonna wear out the buttons on your current mouse refreshing.

This is more frustrating than waiting in line in the cold for four hours!!!

I have 4 windows open with the main page so hopefully I can add an item go to the next window without backing out and so on and so forth. Hope it works.

Can't remember. I was only after the 24" TV and $30 printer and they were both lowered at the same time.

Last year it took me two hours to finish my purchases.

Wife is hitting Wal-Mart for some jeans. I am hitting HHGregg for the Garmin 40LM. Both Thursday night. Back home and in bed before 11pm. Everything else will be done online with amazon and Wal-Mart.

HHGregg is gonna have the 40LM for $70. Same exact unit with a slightly smaller screen. This is the one I am going with since I will only be using it on bike. And can't see them having massive crowds like Best Buy or Wally World.
