  1. Wow, it helped a great deal. I didn't want to buy him something and have it only compatible with one thing.... Well I actually already bought it because it was a good deal, but I was not going to give it to him until I found out all the details. Thank you so much :)
  2. Thanks very much for your reply it answered my question
  3. lakerb you have me wanting to buy the TV that I don't even need You sound as excited as I did Sunday. I bought some stuff then and went back for more today. I did not get the HDMI cable but should have. I got the office season 3 for my nephew... The lines were long and 2 really nasty ladies complaining about the lines too. but they weren't ruining my fun. Glad you had a good trip, enjoy your TV !
  4. I believe it--people don't have any morals any more. He'd rather chance losing his job, than do the right thing. Funny thing was, before I was even 1/2 way through your story I thought IT IS HIS FAMILY MEMBERS! How dumb--and if they were immediate family, they are dumb too for setting a bad example. I would so call the corporate office.
  5. Pittsburgh If you can believe it several schools were delayed this a.m. because of the ICY situations --not alot of snow. But the grass was all a blanket of white when I woke up -beautiful. I like snow---a little at a time. Hope your son gets some snow soon. I usually don't turn on decorations until T-giving day. I just want them on early, as it is usually sunny/warmer when putting them up.
  6. Homemade Chocolate chip for with milk, in special Santa glass. and Oats for the - my son tosses them outside..
  7. I want the 10 off $100 purchase or the $5 off of $50 that many people got, I already have the regular toy coupons I spent over $300 there... buying GPS, etc. I don't have their charge so I don't think that should influence the coupon situation. I just think it is unfortunate not to give it to faithful customers who use it/shop there all the time. Also someone mentioned on one of these Target threads that they got their toy book in the US mail and they could see the SHINY part where the $ off coupon was already peeled off their book. My mail people put stuff in the wrong boxes, at least once a week (after I live here for 14 years) etc, so I don't have much trust or confidence in their honesty. But this is off topic to this thread so, I am done.
  8. Hmmm That has me curious, why would they cut that out? My time is wrong on my post? It is 7:37 when I made post here-- and the time has always been correct on gottadeal. This post says 4:37? Twilight zone...
  9. Whew, all done!... I am tired. I really did most of it, which is ok because last year DH did most of outside. Boy I used muscles I don't normally use. When hubby came home he helped "connect" figuring out the extension cord game plan so it doesn't look like snakes all over the yard I was so happy he was really cooperative. I expected to hear him tell me "It's too early to decorate" I had 2 light sets go out--that had worked prior to me putting them outdoors, as I check all the lights before taking them out. Can't figure out what happened there... Still don't know what to do about finding a light socket for poor Pooh. My snowflake shimmering lights look nice on the fence I think it all looks really good--and I could probably do more, but I don't have a huge house and I like it to look tasteful, so I will stop. Other years (most) we do icicle lights on the house. I love them...but I told DH to skip it this year, we are supposed to have a bad winter, and when it is very windy they fly up in the gutter and we are constantly fixing them...so we'll have a different look this Christmas, nothing wrong with variety. For some reason it seemed to go fast. My youngest son was so very happy! But he kept saying "Where is Frosty" and I told him that his daddy needed to get Frosty, because it is to high for me to reach.
  10. It is fun....knowing they are freezing I love seeing it too, I don't mind if it is early. Infact I'd rather see X-mas lights Nov. 1 then see them still up in March.
  11. I highlighted the parts of your post I am commenting on. 1-Good for you. I am going to try it, if I don't would you be able to recall the site? 2-I am so ripped about that coupon thing. I didn't get a book in the mail (although I have for the past 3 years! Another lady was in line behind me yesterday at Target and she was saying that she heard that people were stealing things from mailboxes this year--and she didn't get her Target book either! I turned around and began discussing it. I could have used that coupon many times already... (If I can just have that Toro Snow thrower for 15 bucks, I'll forgive Target/whoever took my book and coupon 3-Congrats on getting the Bakugan arena :)...
  12. I want to know if I try to get things online, how can I fill the info in the FASTEST? How do you save info or make it be entered as quick as possible? Is there some tips or tricks? I want my stuff...
  13. I just had a problem--getting out one of my last items and I discovered that my pooh won't light up. I changed bulbs, wiggled plug, etc. The problem is definitely the socket thing. Does anyone know if they sell the lightbulb socket that is attached to like a circle that you screw into the decoration? Where might I find it.
  14. Thank you so so so much for your comment, I am always worried about having a problem with companies I never heard of. I am going to order them NOW!
  15. I think I am going to go ahead and order one too--my DH is hard to buy for, but he works outside and his hands are always cold I have my own rechargeable batteries too, hopefully I could use ours if these ones would go bad eventually...
  16. Well I have done it... I got the OUTSIDE decorations out from the attic I have put out 90% of the outdoor decorations today! It is cool and snowing lightly and I just HAD to begin WEEEEEEEEE! Can't wait to see my kid's faces when they get off the school bus. Now for the looks I will get from the bah-humbugs in the neighborhood... Do you have those? When will you begin decorating? Does your spouse/partner/friends help? Alot ? Not at All? I'd love to hear your decorating stories...
  17. Hmmm Not real savvy navigating their website... Where is the coupon?

  19. Can you tell me approx. when that began about? Noon on Thanksgiving,? 6 p.m.?? I was tied up at relatives later than I wanted to be last year....if I know I can find some deals online, I'd like to make it a point to be home...
  20. This is the email Target sends when you inquire about price adjusting: It sounds like you have some questions about our price adjustment policy. We're able to make adjustments on sale merchandise if we advertise a lower price either the same week or the week following your Target purchase. Adjustments can be made with your original receipt and as a reminder this service isn't available on clearance merchandise. Items in the 2-Day sale ad during Black Friday follow normal price adjustment guidelines. Therefore, if the item was purchased on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week as the sale, or any day the week before, it is eligible for price adjustment. Want to check the price of something? Just stop by Guest Service during your next visit. Our team members will be happy to help you. Target provides the latest merchandise at the lowest possible price. Be sure to check out our circular online and stay up-to-date with what's on-sale. I seriously doubt ehy will match the xbox thing, isn't it a gift card/bundle deal. They don't match a bundle as far as I know.
  21. I haven't looked at the Target ad since early this a.m. but if it is the same kind of blanket that they had on last year for a great price, you won't be sorry. I love it....so so so soft...like you are in heaven...
  22. Well Toys R Us isn't out yet, nor Walmart, nor the "surprises" that BB may have instore for us, so I just can't make up my mind. (And no Old Navy yet, right?) We need a shredder and the only heavy duty one on sale is at OfficeMax... I am about 85% done at this point. . . Seems like I want to hit a number of places just for 2-3 things...Bath Body Works also... Guess I can't answer this 100% correct until I get the last few ads.. But Target, well I am done because I bought the stuff and will get adjustment on BF. :)
  23. Oh my goodness--thank you mommyofanangelb-- no one ever tells me I'm right! According to DH and kids, I am wrong 98% of the time! Thank you, you made my night. :D:D
  24. This is being discussed in depth here: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=125756&page=4&highlight=target (under "Target BF ad thread")
