Thank You for posting this....I got to our WM at 5 for the xbox deal there were 3 people ahead of me and 2 wanted the xbox the clerk said they had 14 and passed out our tickets.They said we could leave and come back at 8 and we would get ours first.I was excited so we went and ate breakfast then over to TRU while waiting I was checking this forum and saw your post.Igot back to wm and the lines were getting big,1 line for tickets 1 line for those without.A father and son got in line behind us and we overheard them saying they wanted the xbox,I asked if they had a ticket and he said no so I told him he was in the wrong line and showed him the correct line to be in,the dad had this look of discouragement on his face.I got on my phone went to amazon (slow reception made me nuts) waitied for the lightning deal and got my xbox in cart/paid for/confirmed.I found the dad handed him my ticket and wished him a Merry Christmas

I am blessed we have 8 children...until this past year we had only 3 left at home,now we have 5 at home with 2 grandchildren. I always try to keep the Christmas budget the same for each child/grandchild.I don't spend less on the single ones or the married ones who have children or the college students...never have and God willing will never have to...

I also fill a stocking for all our children and their spouses.I do have a rule...if you don't return your stocking to me before New Years Day Santa won't be able to fill it next year. I pick up: the usual trial size lotions and small colgnes also,car fresheners, fishing lures,hand warmers ( alot of outdoor sports during the cold) their favorite candy and fast food gift cards for the younger kids,lottery tickets for the adults.

Our family is large on both sides.....a few years back, our oldest daughter suggested a Secret Santa for everyone in the family. Limits of $50.00 dollars for adults and $25.00 for kids,we have a dinner in October to draw names and then we decide whats on the menu ,decide who's house,and who's cooking/clean up etc.. This has been so fun for all...
