I know at my house I hear alot of jokes about my "addiction" to GottaDeal so: How about " GottaDealer vs.Family" The gottadealers and thier families go head to head for a pre-determined amount of time, Lets say 2 hours. They have to : Find and enter the most contests. Find deals at the local BM Find freebies. Purchase Items at extremely wonderful prices (just like we do everyday) Post all these deals strike up friendships and still get their daily challenges( ie: kids to school,dinner,etc.) done. I am confident we would rule !!

Years ago we were given the gift of 4 extra children( parents just could'nt handle them all) we struggled and recieved a kind of "Angel" help. After that we started having all 8 children pick an angel and we chose 2 adult angels,the kids could'nt believe an "angel " wanted shoes or a blanket or hats and gloves for a gift.The experience had tought them alot, the shopping trips became a family outting we all love. Now most of them have started families of their own and they continue the tradition. Our school district does Angel trees so thats where we go. it feels kinda nice to really know the gifts are staying close to home.

shoe carnival gives out $10.00 gift card to the first 100 and they play a kinda Q/A game while you are standing in line first year they gave out extra $$$$ last year it was promo items: water bottles, frisbees etc.

with 8 children -(3 at home the other 5 bring their spouses and our grandchildren) so the total is 21(unless others drop by ) for dinner so a buffet is our friend....we have a kitchen/dining combo and we do a childs table.While it is not connected to the "adult" table it is very close.Our grandchildren get to set their table with the same placesettings and all the trimmings just like the big one. If you are not against it, you could ask the children who will be coming over how they might feel. However you decide, have a blessed Thanksgiving.
