Best Place to Return Shoes Without a Receipt?
debbieshops2003 replied to superbad's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
Kohls carries Converse. I'd exchange them there. You can do it at any register. You only need to go to customer service if there is a price difference. If you are exchanging black lo top converse for black lo top converse they'll scan yours in....theirs out...put them in a bag and you are on your way. SUPER SUPER EASY!!! -
Best Place to Return Shoes Without a Receipt?
debbieshops2003 replied to superbad's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
"any" shoe store? You didn't mention what kind of shoes....but Kohls is great about returns, especially when it is just exchanging for size. -
I was at the Anaheim Hills, CA store and they had about 6 of them. Target in Anaheim Hills also had about 8. But I don't know how much they cost there.

Target will let you do an exchange but you are limited to like 3 a year without a receipt. The item you exchange has to be in the same dept. (if you are exchanging a toy, you must get another toy.) and it has to be for the same or more. If you are returning something that is 9.99 you have to get something 9.99 or more. You can't (usually, sometimes you have somebody that will let you) get 2 5.00 items. does that make sense? WalMart will give you a gift card that you can use whenever you want. I think you are limited to 3 a year there too???

Congratulations on your new BABY!!!!!! I LOVED my Co-Sleeper. It costs a little more but was the GREATEST. Mine was a gift. I'm not sure I would have paid this much (since they don't use them long). But I did LOVE it!!!! (and it folds down like the pack 'n play) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51V5AUAskxL._SS260_.jpg http://www.target.com/Original-Co-Sleeper-Blue-Gingham/dp/B000BPQH88/sr=1-10/qid=1197925465/ref=sr_1_10/602-1659544-2208639?ie=UTF8&rh=k%3Athe-co-sleeper&page=1 I guess it all depends on what you want to use it for. LOTS of money is spent by first time parents that doesn't need to be. Babies get big SO fast and then you have a lot of equipment you don't need and is hardly used. There are items like First Years Close and Secure Sleeper that you can take anywhere and put on your bed or in a crib. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41R0GGP8VZL._SS260_.jpg http://www.target.com/First-Years-Close-Secure-Sleeper/dp/B00012CHFI/qid=1197925568/ref=br_1_1/602-1659544-2208639?ie=UTF8&node=3247151&frombrowse=1&rh=&page=1 If you go with the pack 'n play, the good thing about the pack 'n play is it folds down very nice. And you can take that with you even when your baby gets a little bigger (hotel rooms, grandmas, etc) and it doesn't take up a lot of space in the car. -
I just picked up the Bumblebee this morning. It was the big one for $79.88 at WalMart. I thought it was quite pricey...but I guess that is what they go for. There were three of them. And three people picking them up. My sister bought the small one for $10.00 last week at Toys R Us. This is one of those items that goes fast and you just have to be able to luck out and be at the right store at the right time.

Party City. All paper products are 50% off suggested retail. And they usually have all the newest stuff. The store is huge so they have everything. -
Confirmed: CompUSA going out of business in January
debbieshops2003 replied to Brad's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
Our area has already gone through this. They've closed most of the stores here. There are still a few around. I used to love the one by me. It was a great store. It was brand new. Everything was so nice and clean. They put all kinds of money into it. Then closed it down less than a year later. I'm not sure what that was all about. Something about the Good Guys/CompUSA merger. Since our local store closed, I never order anything from them. I used to like to order online and pick up in store. -
