Looks like my biggest shopping list is at Walgreens! All the other stores have been knocked down to one item only so I'll probably just go online for those.

Does anyone give a little something to the cashiers? Are they allowed to accept small gifts? I was thinking of $5 Starbucks gift cards. I feel bad that they have to work while we get to enjoy our time perusing the stores! Thought it might offer a little Christmas joy.

I'm happy with this one, but I didn't see the buy 1 get 2 free on wrapping paper unless I just missed it. Looking at the ad on my phone so I may have skipped over it.

If anyone is looking at the Sharper Image Action Camera, it is a doorbuster item at several stores on BF for $48.00 - $49.99. It is currently $49 at Menard's. One more thing to check off my list!

My favorite one since last year has been "Love at the Thanksgiving Day Parade". I liked most of the ones on this weekend, but I'm not a sappy movie kind of gal, so the one about the Mom who had to try and make it with her 3 kids in a strange town was too much of a downer for me, so I turned it off. I don't like watching sad movies at Christmas.

Probably right after Halloween! The tree we've had for the past 10 years finally decided to give out on us last Christmas. Took advantage of the 30% off at Kohl's and ordered a new one which should be here sometime next week. Definitely going to unpack it and make sure it looks as good as I hope and everything works. I don't want to wait to get it out of the box at Thanksgiving only to find out something is wrong with it! I still won't decorate it until Thanksgiving, though.

How about a Christmas movie or song theme? It wouldn't have to be a literal meaning, but say you picked the song "Oh, Christmas Tree", you could exchange ornaments, buy items with trees on them, etc.

Any word on the Countdown to Christmas schedule?
