Got a couple of girl's Easter shirts that don't look Easterish at all for $2.50 each. I also got The Easter bunny is Coming to town on DVD. It still rang up at regular price, but I asked the cashier if she could speak with her manager, since all the other stuff was clearanced, and they okay it for 50% off. Hee hee.

LOL, you all have a point... I have a tub of beanies up in my attic. Why in the world am I buying more??? I know, because my daughters love fairies, and I am a sucker for seeing their big smiles. I know when they find those fairy bears in their baskets, they'll just light up. And then it'll be up to me to figure out where, in a house FULL of stuffed animals, I will put them. *sigh*

I was in Party City yesterday and noticed that most of their small beanies (including spongebob ones) were clearance from $5 down to $2. Their big beanies are $5 down from $10. I picked up some cute fairy bears for my girls' easter baskets.

OKay... here is a very silly question. That big 75% off toys sale that went on in January... that's a once a year thing right? I am truly kicking myself in the rear for not buying more when it went on. I have had three birthday parties for kids from my daughters' class in a row, and I have to buy two gifts for each kid (My girls are twins and are in the same class). Luckily I have found some decent deals due all you great people here, but I wish I had stocked up when I had the chance. So, if anyone can answer this, I'd appreciate it.

I don't know if I missed it (50 pages is a lot to go thru) but will they mark down the tents, tunnels and outside items to 75%? I saw a lot of Dora forts and sleeping bags and such that were 30% off.

I was also told that they would adjust from one store, and that they wouldn't adjust from another store. Defiantely an individual store decision.

I saw the empolyees doing the same thing. One guy had three carts full of stuff!

Okay, the target in CoMmack NY was 75% off. I called before I went all the way down there (I was on lunch break when I went). Half the stuff I saw last night was gone, but there was still a lot left. I held back though and didn't buy nearly half the stuff I wanted to. I spent about $15 on a few small things. I was tempted to get the Harry Potter Scene it game for a little over $6, but I figured I had no one to play it with except my SIL so why bother.

Question... is the 75% off only toys, or is everything in the store that was 30% off go to 75% off?

I was so disappointed to see that one of the Targets by me (Long Island, NY) were still at 30%. They did have like 5 or 6 aisle of stuff, and as a pp said I hope they mark them down soon. To be honest, I don't think I;ve ever seen 75% off toys, but maybe I just never caught them in time.

I was in walmart last night and the clearance was horrible. I also checked some stuff that I know was clearanced on line, and in store was three times the price. Not like I need anymore toys anyway.

I have had many problems with the online portion of their company. None of the associates tell you the same thing, they give you wrong information, never call you back. They blow. I finally had enough an wrote a letter to the CEO. A few days later a woman from the main headquaters called me, apologized, and refunded me $40 for my troubles 9even though I still had the product). I think the only way you will get through to them is to contact the main place in New Jersey.
