I was in Target yesterday by the toys. On the very top of the shelves I saw about 15 Smart cycles, perhaps 50 boxes of the game of life, a slew of some type of big pony, and othe roverstock items. I am guessing that these may be BF items. Last year I notcied the stock picked up a week before BF, so maybe these things are going on sale sooner than that.

Last year I got emails from Sears and Target stating that their policies are the same on BF as with any other day. I bought my items about 5 days in advance, then went back, email and receipt in hand. The clerk as sears did it without batting an eye. The one at Target started to give me a problem, but then I gave her the email and she did it reluctantly. I am going to try to get those emails again, though after looking at the sears ad, there is nothing I need there.

I ordered some skates and those pixo thingies for my twins b-day next month. That code came in handy. Shipping would have been 16.xx.

Email different stores about price adjustments to find out if they do them. If they do, but the items you want the a few days before the ad comes out (you can find them online here0.Then take the email with you on BF and get the adjustments. Worked for me!

In the past, my girls didn't give me much info. they were too young. Though last year they said they wanted littlest pet shop toys and a fur real kitty. This year however, they are almost 4 years old and asking for every toy they see on tv. So, I will use a little of both. I have already started shopping from the target clearances, and luckily, they had two things that the girls have asked for (bratz and sleeping bags). i'm sure that the amazon x-mas deals will help me greatly.

I wonder if they will honor the online price in store.

Hello all. My name is Debbie. I always swore I'd never do black friday... until I became a mother. The first few years weren't so bad, but now they are older and can actually request things. So I will probably be out there friday morning trying to get something major.

Just give me toys, and I am happy. Good stuff for 4 year old girls is what I need. LOL.

I'm a wimp. I used to never even set foot outside my house on BF. Last year I went out at about 11 just to do PAs. That's just too much craziness for me.

Long Island NY had 30-50% toys. I am so bummed. I have to work later tomorrow, and if they do markdowns I know I am going to miss out on a lot. No offense to any of you guys, but I am hoping they don't do it for another week. Summer school will be over by then and I can be there first thing in the morning. LOL.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that toys go down tomorrow. I won't be able to hit my first Target until 12:00, but I plan on stopping at three in my area. Hopefully I can load up on gifts for my twin's b-day.
