yeap totally agree my burned up! it lasted a little longer than a month but it went crazy, would not turn off, had smoke coming out of it and i had to rip the cord from the wall and a flame shot out. NOT A FUN DAY! however this is the only bissell i ever had a problem with, as we own a bissell steamer and bought another more expensive bissell vacuum and havent had a problem with this one and its a good 8 months old. maybe that was a cheaply made unit.

not to much happens round here but a few smashed pumpkins. We usually only have trouble on the years that trash night is the night before halloween and awake to find trash dumped all over the place....... guess what night trash night is this year. UGH

i changed my myspace page over to christmas the other day and loaded 10 songs on there and play them along with others about 2 hours a day. Hubby is going insane, but im happy LOL

if your talking bout white castle as in the burger joint the recipe is on their site as follows White Castle Turkey Stuffing INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTS 10 White Castle hamburgers, no pickles 1 1/2 cups celery, diced 1 1/4 tsp. ground thyme 1 1/2 tsp. ground sage 3/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper 1/4 cup chicken broth INSTRUCTIONS INSTRUCTIONS In a large mixing bowl, tear the burgers into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting. Makes about 9 cups (enough for a 10- to 12-pound turkey). Note: Allow 1 hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivalent of 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound.

Thanks to the 3 of you! I know i need to find something that will help me along, im just glad to know that im not the only one who has felt this way and im not being selfish by wishing she was here.

Okay sorry this might sound like a book, just wondering how some other people cope with loss around the holidays. This will be the 3rd christmas without my grandmother. She died January 14, 2006. We had no idea she was even sick and i sorta feel like i got robbed from my last christmas with her because i had no idea that it was going to be the last christmas. That whole holiday season she showed no sign of ill or failing health. She shopped black friday morning with me and my parents. 64 years old waiting outside of walmart at 1 am lol she was a trooper. Christmas came and went like every other year and she was still fine. The new year will tell a different tale though. She was taken by ambulance on January 7th for difficulties breathing. After a few hours in the er they said she had emphysema and were gonna observe her for a few days and see what treatment might be available. Two days later they said she also was showing signs of early lung cancer and that she would be a canidate for chemo and they would start that soon. However on the 11th they said the cancer had rapidly progressed and gave her a month to live. She died that Saturday the 14th. I don't want to sounds selfish but I feel like I wish I would have known she was sick so that last Christmas together could have been more special, I mean they all are special but ugh i cant explain what i mean. She was just ripped from us in such a quick manner that there really wasnt time for goodbyes. So 2 christmases have come and gone and this will be the third and each year i just find myself crying in the corner at family gatherings wishing she was there and that things were different. They say things get better with time, but i find them getting harder to deal with. Does anyone have anything they do around the holidays that help them get through?

we donate to toys 4 tots, and give gifts to the counselor at my sons school, she doesnt give out the kids names, but tells you ages and gender and makes sure the family gets the much needed clothes and food.

yea when i signed up i requested the craftsman tool catalog aswell, welp i got that one, no wishbook yet, and it is online but i enjoy letting my kids look through it and circle stuff, hope it comes soon.

all store a within a 15 mile radius for me so not far

we do stockings, i had one growing up and we always did stockings when we woke up in the morning but couldnt do gifts until everyone was up. If you werent up by 7 than you got woken up but it gave us early risers something to enjoy at 5 am lol. my kids of course love stockings, and they have to big huge ones that they could fit it, i fill it up with little things from the dollar store, sometimes i think they enjoy the stocking more than their gifts.

lmao i wear my shirt atleast once a week to my sons school, and make it a point to go shopping at walmart and the grocery store the day i wear it. As for ads the only one i might be able to get my hands on is the one that will sue you for posting it. :razz::razz:
