I ordered from artscow on November 25th, 3 photo books, they shipped them December 2nd, and i got them the 13th.

its bad advertising on toys r us part. it says a 50% off sale well buy 2 get 3rd free is 33% off

i now received an email this evening stating that it was shipped. I made it on 11/25 and was given an estimated shipping date of 11/30. So being they shipped today would be 2 days behind. Regardless it shipped and as long as it makes i here im happy

i got 12 free 8x8 books not that long ago, let me see if i can find it and if its still good

got an email from photoworks tonight that said my book had been delayed, i emailed them back but haven't received a response yet. this happen to anyone else?

My sisters store is having employees stationed at all the pallets as "place holders" She said that an employee will hold your spot in line to use the restroom, grab a drink, smoke a cigarette. Im not sure if this is a company wide thing but atleast how they are doing it here.

I am finding myself feeling sad and depressed the more christmas music i hear and decorations i see. This will be the 4th holiday season without my mommom and they seem to get harder every year instead of easier. I miss her so much and have a hard time putting out decorations that belonged to her because I cry everytime i look at them. This year to add to it my brother is currently deployed to Afghanistan causing worry and sadness that he won't be home for christmas. I know they would both want me to be happy, but i just can't seem to find the christmas spirit...........

wow thats a great bf story, thanks for sharing and in response to the post i have never personally taken my kids with me, but when my first son was 8 months old my parents were watching him as i worked for walmart at the time and were my absolute only choice for babysitter.They are avid bf shoppers and they took him with them, my mom and grandmom waited in line and my dad and son stayed in the car til 5 mins before opening. They didn't get any rude comments outside the store but i got a rude remark from a coworker who saw me talking to my mom when they got in the store and asked me what kind of moron had that baby in the store with them. Needless to say i flipped out but in certain circumstances i think the situation is just unavoidable and if you are one of the people in those situations make sure you use common sense, dress the child warmly, get in line at the latest time possible and for goodness sake don't take you eyes off of them for one second.

we have done this many times........ me, and my mom or brother will go wait in line early and have my dad come meet up with us about 4:30am being he had diabetes and problems with his circulation and doesn't do well standing for long periods of time in the freezing weather. When he does show up tho he brings coffee for us with him to make it look like he was just on a store run. We never have anyone give us crap.......

Im not sure if you have Giant or Weis supermarkets where you live but they also offer thanksgivng dinner pre cooked, you have to order a week ahead of time but can pick up thanksgiving day and its pretty reasonably priced.

Lol me and my boys have seen home alone 2, santa clause 3 about 10 times the past month, abc family and starz have been running quite a few christmas shows.

My local walmart does do the ticket thing for any big items but believe it or not the toys and the kids clothes that go onsale are usually what the stampede is for around here so no one is smashing anyone over tvs.
