Not really. They have some decent coupons in them but depending on what your looking for BF has always been better. Some items in those books will not be on sale BF so you may want to scoop those items in and wait on the rest

I have never been one for this. One of the biggest reasons was safety. I know how things can get out there and have seen plenty of fights and never wanted them to see that especially over a toy. Secondly, I was mostly shopping for them.

I would still do what you do for your daughter but don't leave him out. It may not be on the same level but if it is a thoughtful gift or something you know he would love it makes all the difference. He understands that this is your daughter, so go for it. even if you get them seperate gifts and a few couples/house gifts they will love it . but I do like Elmck comments too.

What, if anything, do you or your family do to give back during the year or holidays. The last few years on Thanksgiving morning I take my family to a women's shelter and we volunteer to serve food and one weekend before Christmas we go to a family shelter and serve food, games, etc we throw a party for everyone. It usually is a big group event and about 8-10 families get together and do this with us every year. Just looking for other ideas to keep my kids grounded on what's really important in life.

I had flashbacks reading this. Typing a paper and it jamming or smearing and having to redo it. Oh my poor fingers. I had the old one that you had to stay with your fingers to get it to work. Oh the horror. ..

I love tis tree. I bought it last year and it is WONDERFUL.... Sets up in less than 2 mins and it comes with a remote. I might get another for the other room this year.

good weekend for movies. My DD's really enjoyed it and me too.

This would have been my response as well. I buy as I go and already know the original price and gauge the discounted price and if it is a BF typical item. Once know that I move accordingly and if it is a must have item I may buy it to be sure I get it and if I can get it cheaper before Christmas I will just take the higher price one back. A lot of work but hey thats the fun of it all.

I use this to. I keep it updated throughout the year as there clothing sizes change, shoes and mention something they would want. I make a note of it and save. A big help

Yes and the quality is horrible. My grandmother still has furniture since I was a kid and it is in good condition. I have been out on my own for 14 years an have change my living room 2 times and about to do it again next year.
