My DD has not been since she was 13. She's 15 now. This Friday Night she has a Football game and the Band is dressing up for the football game (Away game). DS is 13, and he has not been since he was 11. We have done the trunk a treat and we go to friends family. Now they do fall festivals and halloween parties at church and a friends homes.

Anyone else waiting for this ad?

My kids both have the DS Lite and a DS, all their friends have a DS. DD is 15, DS is 13. They got the lites last year. But for long band trips like one coming up on the 7th (the are going to go to Mobile about 6 hours away) they can enjoy chatting with others and playing games with others on the bus or even the bus infront of or behind them. They've played a psp but still like the DS better. They have portable DVD's players, MP3's player already.

I use a ready made pie crust (pillsbury, the flat ones) Then I mix 1lb sausage, 3 eggs, chopped green onions, and about 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Take the mix and split it between the two flat pie crust, roll and fold under (like a burrito) then bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes. I mix the filler the night before. You can brush it with egg white if you like. Serve with Jelly &/or mustard.

The same rules above apply to our house, our parents (kids grand), and grandparents (great grands) house. The first thing that is opened is the stockings though and its one stocking item opened, then the next person same as with presents.

Hit- the DS Lite Zelda and DS lite Nintendo Dogs (DS and DD loved them and they were not on their list) They already had a DS, but DD ds hindge was broken and they wanted as much as a ds to "fix it" or for $10 less than the bundles I got I could have traded it for a DS lite (um, no thanks, I use it now, works fine you just have to be careful of the one hindge) MIss- Nothing

I think it just seems slower because the threads got opened earlier on and everyone is so hyped up about this year (Oh I know I am!)

As far as shipping It would depend on how heavy the item/items are a flat rate box may work better for shipping. and then you would just need to add the delivery confirmation on the package as well.

I always had a stocking and I still get one from my parents as well as DH and the Kiddos. I also do the stockings for my kiddos. DD 15 & DS 13. I also do one for DH and the kiddos and DH does mine. He gives the kids a set amount and he lets them go at it.
