I placed two orders with the $10 off code shipped to store. Picked them both up, and they kept calling me to come pick up my order. Finally a person instead of the computer called, and I explained I already had picked them up. The woman kept arguing with me and said they still had an order for me. After a few minutes of trying to explain I said fine I will come and get it. I got there they couldnt find the item (cause I already picked it up, but since I had to drive allt he way back out there was not going to tell them again). So they reordered it and had it shipped to my house and refunded my shipping. I ended up getting 3 pairs of Arizona jeans for my son for about $6 total.

oh wish I would have seen this a few hours ago, just got back from penny's over an issue with some jeans. Would have ordered this from the store for my babysitter's son. Today I had the day off get a call from jcpenny, to pick up my order, I tell the women I had already picked up my orders. I had a $10 off $10 coupon code, and arizona jeans were $10.99, $5.87 total price after paying shipping to the store. So I placed two orders. I picked them up 2 weeks ago. The woman was arguing me an order was still there. I finally said fine I will be there, all the while knowing they weren't because I had both pairs. I get there she scans my credit card pulls up the order and what goes to pull the item, which guess what wasn't there! I didn't say a word. The woman apologized, credited my card back the $5.87, and placed another order for a pair of jeans, for just the 99 cents ($1.07 after tax)and they will be shipped directly to me. So for $6.94 I got 3 pairs of Arizona jeans for Noah :-) Hey I told them I already had them, the women kept arguing instead of taking 2 seconds to go check the back and see if they were physically there, she made me drive all the way out there, I am taking another pair of jeans. Why I couldn't just go pull a pair off the floor I don't know but oh well.

I think it is find for an elementary student starting out. Parents don't want to spend $200-300 on an instrument only for their child to decide they don't like it or want to play something else. No if you are going into high school, or have been playing for years you would want to upgrade. btw, for $9.99 you can get a 2 year replacement plan if it breaks or has any issues (say your kids falls on it or something) send it in to the warranty and you get a gift certificate for the purchase price, which you can use to buy the same instrument or to upgrade, or buy anything else from the same store.

Actually now kinda mad, put jeans in my cart stilll say $10.99 then when Icheck out they are $12.99 a piece, tried calling cust service couldn't get through, sent an email about it. UPDATE: They got it fixed! pair of Arizona jeans $5.48 shipped to store! placed a few orders for them :-)

This is a huge issue ith our walmart where many ites do not ring up correctly, I have contacted them about it, contacted the corporate email and talked to the store manager, yea nothing's changed.

I had the unfortunate experience of working at a large Toys R US one black friday. Fortunatly I was in as a vendor and not a store employee so I got to pass many of the crazed shoppers of to the people in "the blue shirts" This was my first black friday experience. There were lines at the door when I got there, people tried squeezing in when they opened the doors for me to get in. There were line markers all over the store. I remember once the store was open it was a line around the entire store, I had never seen anything like it before. But my favorite time on Black Friday is about 8am, I go to the Wal-mart in my small town, the craziness is gone, and all of the doorbusters are still available with the exception of sometimes the big tv or computer discount, which I usually do not buy those stripped down models anyways, but the $25 printers, the big toys, the clothing sales. I have never waited in a line to get in or to checkout for any black friday's in my dinky town. I love it!

My mom bought me something like the snuggie from collections.ect it is even uglier because it's like a big sack with sleeves and holes for your feet. My daughter thinks it's a snuggie and has stolen it from me. I think this one is easier to move in then the snuggie would be though

I have to say I have always had the most wonderful UPS people, it's FedEx I have issues with. The only time I recieved anything from them at my old house was when I had to sign for it, otherwise it would say it was delivered and left but it wasn't. We also live in the country, and have a inside porch where all the packages are left, we have a home buisness and get a lot of deliveries via ups usually. Everytime a fedex package was supposed to have been delivered and it wasn't I call fedex who refuses to let you talk to the local office. They don't care and say to contact the sender who will send a replacement and file a claim with them. I point out that it is a continual problem and they say the same thing. When the companies reship they send overnight and require signature though.

My daughter wants a dog but I don't and my youngest has asthma so I have been watching it, but it has to go a lot lower than 99 for me to get it
