you can keep trying, I had that happen with a video game, and kept redoing it and finally got it to go through. I hope I can get this to work, my handheld mixer is broke, will only work on high now, and I loved that thing so much!

Just an fyi, I got an email updating an order stating it would not ship until 12/24, then an hour later I got an email with a tracking number saying the item shipped. I strongly believe that if you order within Amazon's time frame for the free super saver shipping then it will arrive before christmas regardless of what the ship date is on your order confirmation. Also dh can't get too mad at me so far only $80 has come out of the bank account from Amazon (I spent almost $200...shhh) but I also deposited over $100 "free" money that I made while shopping Amazon. I get paid to test a new browser, so really my amazon shopping has been free (at least what he knows about so far)!

I was a music ed major. Percussion being my main My fave beginner brands are cb Percussion (that was my first set used it all the way through freshman year of college), never broke a thing. Be careful you do not buy a junior size. DW is another good one. The most inexpensive sets I have seen are verve (who also make the junior sets) but I have no experience with them. Get some good sticks 5a or 5b. Here's some tips, wrap the edge of the cymbals in towels to dampen the sound, you can purchase dampners and practice pads for the set too. You can probably get a great deal at pawn shops. Used to buy a lot of equipment there. Good luck!

I can't believe it is so hard to get wii's it seems like every store here has them. Check Game Stop, Game Crazy Ect... That's where we bought ds's last year when no one else had them.

okay I am sorry but what are most people out shopping on BF for? CHRISTMAS (or Hannukah or whatever religios holiday you choose to celebrate) Either way the whole meaning of the season is to be grateful and to give to others. I am a mother of 5, and we have been through some tough times but I do not try to prosper by taking from others and then selling it to them. Instead of wasting your time to try to get some tickets to sell, if you really need the money get a job at the store and WORK that day instead. I have also seen people waiting in line and then someone else walks up to the store just when it opens and walks in and grabs all the tickets they can. Just because someone else jumped of a bridge should you? Just because someone else shoplifted should you? Just because other people are doing it doesn't it make it right...

is there a link? Could I buy stuff for a teacher and have it sent to the school?

Oh don't get me started on Kmart I went there Thanksgiving morning only to find out that they didn't have not one, not two, but THREE of the doorbuster items, they weren't sold out Thurday, they never got any more in from ealier in the week. The disney microPix cameras that were 2 for 20 and the Life and Monopoly electronic editions that were buy one get one free. I was so po'd I.

well at least now I don't have to worry about going to Walmart which is about the only store we have. My only hope is that tru has most their items online.

Actually some games you HAVE to have the classic controller, I was po'd about that. I have not been impressed with the selection of games available for download. I do enjoy using the wii browser for kids' web games. Keeps them off my computer.

We have wii's everywhere here, are they getting hard to find again. Check your video game stores, Game Crazy usually has something like buy the wii and get 12 free rentals (1 a month). Last year when the ds's were no where to be found we had them at Game Crazy and EB Games.

yea we got ours last year for like $5 shipped. That shipping and handling charge is way overinflated.
