Happy March! I guess March came in like a lamb here. I wasn't outside much.

That is a nice size food pantry! Do you live somewhere where it won't freeze? Here between President's Day and the snow and cold weather a lot of kids only had one day of school last week. Starting to feel like spring now though!

Our small town has a Do It Best hardware store as well as a True Value. I wonder if they will both stay open. They are each other's biggest competition. The only other similar store in town is more of a farm store.

Almost October!!!

Still in the 90s here. I want to divide my coral bells but I'm afraid it is still too hot for that. Maybe this weekend. I just don't want to wait too long as I know they need time to develop their root systems after I move them, before it is too cold.

Are San Marzano tomatoes later than some? Ours are just now starting to produce. We did plant then later than some of our others though.

We don't do well with cukes. We have a community garden plot so don't check them as often as we could, and they seem to have a short life. Nice that you'll be getting brussels sprouts soon!

You got a good deal on that 10 qt! I am hoping that the 8qt is big enough for what we want but I'll look if I get into one. I actually thought that they all closed but I see there is still one around.

Thanks, I'll check it out! We have the IP Duo80 v2 instant pot which I assume is an older model. We also have a 6 quart but I wanted something to cook a whole chicken in along with some veggies and my husband was stuffing the 6qt one way too full, and we didn't use it a lot. I'm hoping he will use it and I can pass on some recipes to him to make and we'll see if it is big enough for the chicken. Do you like the 10 quart? I think I read somewhere that they don't make them anymore?

I looked at Instant Pots on Amazon during the prime days deals. I passed as I didn't know how much I would use it and I'd have to store it. Last night I saw on Facebook someone offering an Instant Pot; these are missionary friends back in the states and downsizing what they have in storage for when they are here. So they are dropping it by; I can bless someone else with it if it doesn't work out for me!

I'm thinking about looking at Instant Pots to see if there's a good enough Prime Day deal for me.
