I'm pretty sure that isn't the Michael's ad. They gave that paper to me a couple of days ago when I was there as coupons to use with the sale. I'm anxious to see their ad and JoAnn's, too! I need to pick up quite a few things for gift making and holiday baking.

I was able to make three separate purchases last night with very few issues. First included Disney Infinity for Xbox One, Divergent Blu Ray, and a bath math... $50.xx and free shipping. Second, several Blu Rays and DVDs, none of of really cheap ones were available, but I got some things like Rio 2, Peabody and Sherman, new Transformers, etc. for $91.xx. Third, the $25 Vtech train toy, 7 camo hoodies, a Spider-Man plush, a kid's bow and arrow set for $25 (on son's list for $50, so I was excited to see this unexpected deal!), and one Blu-Ray, Wrath of the Titans for $7... $134.xx. The first two went right through (although I had to enter my verified by visa password), but third was denied (suspected fraud, I assume). I went through PayPal, though, and it was fine. Now the only things I'm after are cheap movies.

Unfortunately, I realized that a few minutes after I posted. I'm on hold with customer service... never mind. After 22 minutes on hold, they dropped my call. GRR!

I think they show out of stock sometimes soon before the sale price goes live. I think it is just part of their system.

Flannel is cotton while fleece is polyester. Rag quilts out of flannel are simple and adorable (but quite time consuming). Fleece makes those easy knot blankets. Anti-pill looks better after washing and using than regular fleece. Flannel will show wear more than fleece and it will fray, while fleece will not.

Yeah, it wouldn't work. I was wondering if maybe I was misunderstanding something, but I don't know how else to take it..? Not to mention, that even if it did work, I wouldn't want to deal with the hassle and tie up $25+ for weeks just to save $1.20. I did LOL at, "We do not have a lot of offers coming up." It is typically an add-on item and because of that, it wouldn't let me check out with less than $25 in my cart. Oh, I know I would have to spend more on 100% cotton ones, just trying to decide if it is worth it or not... and wondering if the cotton-poly blend is a nicer quality and it is just the full poly that cherylg wasn't happy with. I don't like the slick polyester stuff.

How disappointing! Do you mind checking to see if your sweatshirts are listed as cotton/poly blend or just polyester? I'm wondering if the blend is better and you ended up with straight poly, although I might just hold out for a deal on 100% cotton.

Can anyone give me an idea on the quality of these sweatshirts? I would like to buy some for gifts, but one of the people I am considering buying for is fairly picky about their clothing. I read the reviews on the site for a few styles and they weren't great for quality. I'm not expecting luxury for the price, but are these department store quality or more Wal-Mart quality? Thanks!

I love the Hershey's with the bells, too, but my favorite is the Target commercial where The Carol of the Bells is playing and you see Santa running through the night... straight to Target. It is disturbing how much I love this commercial.

One year, my son really wanted an Optimus Prime Transformer toy. We couldn't afford the retail price, but were excited to see it on sale at Toys R Us. It was a madhouse and by the time I got to the correct aisle, there was only one left of the shelf. I quickly started heading towards it when a woman came from behind me and shoved me in to the shelving. I fell down, and she rushed towards the toy. I was so upset, but a young guy had seen what had happened and just before she grabbed the toy, he pulled it off the shelf and held it out of her reach. He walked over to me and asked,"Is this what you were after?" I said yes and he handed it to me, gave her a very mischievous smile, and walked off. She was so mad, but I don't know what made me happier, that my son would get his toy or knowing that, in the midst of chaos, that man cared enough to help out a stranger.
