Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2008
cokemeyer replied to Gator Pam's topic in Offline Hot Deals
this hasn't always been the case at my store, actually. It often goes to 30% off the first day after the holiday. Halloween just did that this past year... Maybe it depends on the amount of stock they have left at the time of the holiday... -

I got a bunch of dollar spot stuff at 75% off and also a bunch of Valentine stuff at 50% off. I heard the store peopel saying it went straight to 50% off this year from full price. If your store has them, grab some of the 6 pack pf white washcloths and 4 pack pf pink and white towels - all they have on them is a pretty appliqued heart yet they are classified Valentine's. Same goes for some girl accessories - I picked up some pink tights and socks also for 50% off there. My favorite Valentine find was the photo frames with 5 different really cute borders, only 1 of which looks like it is for Valentine's Day. The others could be for anything. Those come to $2.50 after the discount. Also look for the 6 pack of Valentine Hot Wheels. Those came to $3.xx after the discount and could be used anytime.. In the baby endcaps they have Tiddliwinks high thread count crib sheets in a pretty shabby chic floral pattern for 75% off - I think that made them $2.49..... -

I just got that exact same outfit - too funny! :) -
I just checked using codes MVCCHARGE15 and MVCHOME15 and they do work with the Kohls card (I noticed a tiny fine print on the rainbow one saying some promotions do not apply, but these do!) With these two codes combined the total comes to $16.30 shipped for me. Assuming shipping stays at 99 cents, the 30% off code that can be used starting tomorrow (PRESIDENT30)should take it down just a bit more than using these two.

Kohls has these two Aquadoodle sets on sale for $19.99, and you may use any of several codes floating around today or tomorrow to get up to 30% off. The Thomas one has 5 star reviews on other sites and sells for $40 at Target. http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/toys/activitytoys/PRD~270185/Aquadoodle%20Thomas%20the%20Tank%20Engine%20Toot%20N%20Doodle%20Mat.jsp Thomas Toot N Doodle http://media.kohls.com.edgesuite.net/is/image/kohls/270185?wid=220&hei=220&op_sharpen=1 http://www.kohls.com/upgrade/webstore/product_page.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524883327431&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374752658796&bmUID=1202872474762 Rainbow Doodle http://media.kohls.com.edgesuite.net/is/image/kohls/270177?wid=180&hei=180&op_sharpen=1 Shipping is still 99 cents per item.

I am sure you will enjoy it. I have yet to buy any Little Tikes toy that didn't have a ton of play value ( and we have a LOT, lol) We have the larger moonbounce and slide from Little Tikes and it is made very well. They don't make junk. As for the leaking, the reviews on my bouncer say the same thing, but if you read the instructions carefully (for mine) it says that the small amount of air coming out around seams, etc is designed that way so as to reduce the chance of bursting... -

wow - you guys are doing GREAT today!! I didn't get much today except for a bunch of dollar spot stuff and one size 2-4T black hat and mittens set for $1.98. My store pretty much is wiped out of clearance right now (and half of it is in MY basement, lol!) Anyway, if any of you are looking for a cheap cute thing for your child's class valentines, they have these little heart-shaped "booklets" of V-day stickers in the dollar spot and there are 4 sheets per booklet, so at $.50 per pack, they are just a bit over 12 cents per sheet. My favorite dollar spot stuff was the Tweety bird stuff - i got a bunch of little Tweety purses and sticker sets and hair things to use at a future party for favors... Also, if you have a little princess in your life, you can grab the 20-pack of cello bags that are marketed for V-day (also 50 cents, dollar spot) but basically just have little frogs wearing pink crowns on them and pink hearts all over. Would work great for goody bags at a princess party... -

I got DS a KidKraft wooden firehouse bookshelf last year through ebay. It was new in the box but almost a third of the pieces were either defective (badly drilled holes, etc) or broken. I called the company and they sent the pieces that I told them I needed asap. Well, when they arrived, they were all the wrong pieces but the right numbers, presumably because they had changed their piece numbering system since I got my shelf. So I called them back again and with no issue whatsoever, they sent me more replacement pieces for free, this time the right ones. With all that I ended up getting I could practically create a second shelf. They did not give me the slightest bit of a hard time. So if you can't find it at another Target, I say yes, definitely call them! -

If anyone finds the toy organizers on clearance and wants a good idea for using them here is one we got from our neighbor and it has worked out great!! Use them as bins for the various types of grocery play foods you have and the kids can go shopping right from the "store." The bin organizer itself kind of acts as an aisle or as divider between our play checkout station and the play kitchen area. My kids love it this way and it keeps all the food nice and sorted at the end of a day. Before we used our toy organizer for little odds and ends of toys but it always looked messy and didn't really get used to its full potential. My neighbor had trouble finding an actual "grocery shelf" type toy and came up with this idea and I'm glad we copied her! -

4 pairs of shoes for $20 + free ship at grasshoppers.com
cokemeyer replied to cokemeyer's topic in Online Hot Deals
geez, my Mom reads this board. Hope she doesn't see that! lol. I actually do not think they are ugly. They are basically the same shoes that grasshoppers sells normally, just with the red hat emroidery on them. I like "cute" things, even if I wouldn't wear red hat stuff... -
About a month ago I posted the deal that grasshoppers.com was offering 3 pairs of red hat style shoes for $20, but now the deal is even better - 4 pairs for $20. I tried it and the code SIGNUPFREESHIP is still working for free shipping. Shipping is also free if you order $75 or more. My Mom owns several and says these shoes are nice quality and really comfortable. If you like the designs some of the shoes would be nice even if you aren't into Red Hat stuff. :)Choose any combination of 4 pairs of shoes from 4 styles and various colors and as soon as you add 4 to your cart the total price becomes $20. Regular prices of the shoes range from $29.99 -$34.99 each. http://www.grasshoppers.com/jump.jsp?itemType=CATEGORY&itemID=29 http://www.grasshoppers.com/images/us/local/products/thumb/EH13659.JPG http://www.grasshoppers.com/images/us/local/products/thumb/EH13653.JPG http://www.grasshoppers.com/images/us/local/products/thumb/EF13652.JPG http://www.grasshoppers.com/images/us/local/products/thumb/EF13647.JPG "Final Liquidation - Hurry, Ends Soon"

Geez, I never have used expired coupons or coupons for an item I don't have but I often have a huge stack and have never, ever once even seen a cashier LOOK at the coupons, even for a second, so I don't think they'd have an idea if they were expired or not! If the register beeps as if to say it can't find the item, they just ring it in manually without question. Again, I always do have the item somewhere in my pile (which is normally huge the day I use coupons and my 10% off card) but still, they never ever question it. Maybe this is unusual...
