Online shopping FTW! (For the Win!) And I agree... online shopping has completely changed BF... and I think its for the good.

I would go with the Kodak.. more megapixels = better photo. (Most of the time... but not always.) Better optical zoom means a clearer shot when zooming.

Watch out for Dicks Sporting Goods... they usually have something good.

Go to a local eyewear dealer, try some frames on, and have them measure your eyes. Take note of these measurements, styles, etc that you like and then plug those into the website when you find something.

I agree... most are civilized around here. The ones that get crazy are often the ones we see on TV the next week for drug arrests or something. (True story.. happened last year.)

Lenscrafters sometimes has good deals. Not necessarily on BF... but just around the holidays. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses earlier this year and they came out to around $750. HOWEVER... they had a special - buy the frames, get the lenses 1/2 off. With insurance, and the deal, I got my $750 pair of glasses for $400. :) I was happy! **Then I took that extra money and blew it on something at the Apple Store... that's the guy in me. lol.**

I, too, was going to suggest Sams. That's where I get a lot of batteries. (I go through a lot. lol)

"Ultra" SDHC is just a marketing thing. Don't worry about "Ultra". If you are putting video on a card as well... I'd go with something that is AT LEAST a 4 GB. Even better would be a 16 GB SDHC card. I haven't looked at all the ads yet.. so I'm not entirely sure as to which is best. Just ask around and check online for the reviews.

I agree with len_mullen. I think the stores should tell us how many of what items they have. (if that makes sense.)

Walmart has a 8" "Widescreen" for $29. I have one, it's 15" and I bought it from Thinkgeek.com and love it. But... if you want a smaller one, I'd say look for a 8-10" unless you are just going to put it on a desk... then a 7" would work fine.

I have one, and it works wonders on wood. (I have no carpet in my house) I want the new thing out that mows the lawn! Have you guys seen those?! EDIT: I just checked the iRobot's (that's who makes Roomba) site and they now have the following robots... I want them all!!! Roomba - Vacuum Scooba - Washes Floors Verro - POOL CLEANER!!!! WOOT! They are the same, just a different name brand. You can use those as extra controllers, or you can buy actual Wii ones. I like Nintendo Licensed accessories because they are backed by a better warranty. You can have up to 4 controllers.

Looks like I'll be at WalMart EARLY this year. Sister wants a $149 laptop. :/ I want the $149 Sony Blu-ray player for my office.
