Van, ads, DH and charge card!!

Thanks, I just ordered some powder and foundation and got my free samples and the Holiday Eyes. I had to spend $50 though to get the free shipping.

I saw these tonight at Target. Their 2 pack was 79.00. I almost got them and decided to wait. Now I am glad I did.

Mine are Santa's, but I think this year I will start collecting snowmen too. I have noticed they are making the snowmen so much cuter now than they used too.

Sounds just like DH. Believe or not he is the one who wouldn't miss going out for anything. I go just to make sure he doesn't buy everything he thinks is a good deal.

Me too, I am sure I will find something I can use.

My DH went tonight to try and get the camera they had on the special event and was told it was invitation only. Well he didn't have and invitation. So I ended up getting the Canon Rebel kit they had for the same price off Amazon with no tax only 17.50 for shipping. Came out better in the long run getting it from Amazon. Now I can't wait to try it out.

I saw all three of them at Kohl's last night. They are so cute. Of course my fav is the leg lamp. All the ornaments have different recordings on them from the movie.

This is what we do every year. I love it. I am waiting for them to quit doing it though.

Usually everything they want, within reason. This is the first year that Santa won't be coming.

Yeah I found a memory stick behind the chair that should have gone in DD stocking :)

Will start my shopping on Wednesday for everyone. I got all my stuff for me on BF

We finally got one Sunday. One of the guys at Best Buy told us they had some, but couldn't put them out until that Sunday. DH got there at 9 and they opened at 10. They only had 18 at our store and he was 15th in line when they handed out tickets. Now if we can just find some wireless controlers.

Increased traffic to the malls and waiting in longer lines. I have no patience, but that is something I am working on.

We got a raincheck also on the stick vac, I can't believe they did that. Just another reason to shop at Target on BF :)

Yeah we wanted one of these, but missed out because our store only had 10

We just got a Kohl's so this was our first BF at Kohl's. I thought their ad was good. Especially since I had my 15% off coupon. I got a lot of good deals and the wait in line really wasn't that bad, just depending on what you were buying.

I know what you mean about "breathtaking" (DH is thinking more like back breaking). It looks so nice that I don't even know if I want to put any ornaments on the tree

Oh boy then we are 1000 over our limit. DH puts 4 strands together and then puts those on a extention cord. Then he will do 4 more strands and put those on another extention cord so on and so on. Then he plugs all the extention cords into a surge protecter. We have looked at the prelit trees, but weren't really sure if you could add your own lights. DH would like it if you could then it wouldn't take so many hours to do our lights.

We finally put our tree up and DH knows I like a lot of lights on the tree. We have 28 strands, 100 lights per strand, "for a grand total of 2800 imported Italian twinkle lights" on a 7' tree. I wonder if there is a limit to how many lights you should have on a tree? Judging from the heat coming off the tree, I don't think we will need to use the fireplace this year. DH added some more strands to fill in some holes and now there are 3200 lights on the tree

Not like I used too even with BF coming up.

I am almost ashamed to say this....... but nothing. That is sad. There is not one thing that we need other that the Wii which we will get before BF. DD wants a 230.00 bat for softball so no chances of anyone having that on BF. This may actually be the first time we stay in and sleep We may just go out so we can watch everyone else in all of the madness.

I like to try and keep it around the same # of gifts, but DH thinks it should go by the $$$ amount. There is a 7 year difference in the ages of our kids, so naturally one is going to want more expensive items. So I still think it should go by # of gifts
