I am so frustrated! Got my hair highlighted and the stylist fried my hair! I mean bad. I am going to try to save what I can but likely a major chopping is in my future! Not the way to start March.

We went to L&M and then Menards. The lines in both were short and fast. There were tons of people at each store but things were quick and efficient.

I have been looking at them for a few years but don't know if I'd really use it. I'm rather craftsy but don't know what all I can do with them. Any info is greatly appreciated.

would love to see L&M but the associate I talk to today said they won't even have it till Thursday!?!?! So no one knows what will be on sale Friday till Thursday...that seems nuts to me but so be it.

I thought about taking BF off but now I think I might just work. Do you all have to work too?

I feel very similar. BF isn't what it was. The stores took something fun and excited and ruined it. I think if one of them went back to how it was and said nope, no early deals. Gotta come into the store at 5am and get the doorbusters etc. they would do amazing. IMO

Just started looking at today’s deals for their early BF, and they suck. I have a bunch of items in my wishlist that I look at daily to see if the price dropped so I know what they are. And today they say they are on BF deal…same price they’ve been but now they have the little logo on them. Not cool amazon

A few years ago, each kid ended up with really nice first aid kits for their cars because we had FSA money we needed to spend and had zero ideas for what to get them. I have them all make Amazon Wish lists and that helps but its hard when they are older. Even if you have it sent...if you don't live close, they open it before Christmas and its great but not what it used to be.

I take it you don't have Verizon...by chance are you a teacher? I think some teacher groups have discounts.

Kohls used to be my go to for so many things but now they have stopped allowing the coupons on most of what I need. I have grandkids that are babies and Kohls has stopped allowing most baby items to use coupons. So yeah its great I got 40% off but when you aren't going to buy anything now its pointless. I think they are going to go through a big shakeup next year IMO. they can't keep going down this road.

No the shopping was never what did it. I used to love Christmas music and caught myself at the store thinking how much I hate "The 12 Days of Christmas" (it was playing). I don't remember being like this before. I have zero interest putting up the tree or decorations just to have to take them all down again. Even little things like buying wrapping paper seems like its pointless. I'm not depressed at all and don't have SAD just no Christmas spirit. That said, watching Christmas Vacation and Die Hard (YES ITS A CHRISTMAS MOVIE ) are always going to be a tradition. But maybe it will pass if we get snow.
