So we had a fun trip to the other target today (PA) after i picked DD up from school. Their Easter section was one side of one lane!!!! alot less than yesterday's target had! We still found the Hello Kitty basket she wanted as well as some yellow cake decoration stuff and a ball that was a bouncy ball but snowglobe like as well (kinda cool)...it was really worked over. My excitement came in Electronics where i found Audiovox 9" portable Dvd players for 50% off!!! so $74.98!!!! I was so excited...then I saw the return of the SHUTTERFLY!!!! Several PILES of the 8x8 books, storybooks, keychains, ETC all 30% off!!! I picked up an 8x8 one for $20.xx (instead of $29.xx)...i'll keep watching, hoping it drops more! So heads up to look! Also, the sales associate told me they are clearancing out most of electronics in the next few weeks, so alot more would be showing up! I'm super excited :)

I had a freaking field day this morning!!! It was my DD6 first day back at kindergarten since having her toncils out...so free time for me!!! I got there at 8:30am and was the only one in the Easter section...the "tour group" of Target officials past me and asked if they could help me find something, I just pointed at the Easter w/the 75% off signs and said i'm good with a big and they all laughed. I found 2 Kelly dolls $1.24 each, more moon sand (purple and green) .99 each, the etch a sketch egg, a soccer basket $2.24, 2 wicker baskets (one purple fabric the other pink) $2.48 each, milky way eggs .24 cents!!!, puppy in the pocket dogs $1.24, bubble tape gum .24 cents, candy lipstick, chapstick pack of 4 for $1.24, color tabs for the tub .99 (bought 2), I was super happy because I found a Dora book and a Dora DVD there (I think they found someone's stash and put it out because there were NO other dvd's or books and they both rang up full price)...I found an employee who didnt look thrilled but agreed to give them to me for 75% off so the book was $1.xx and the dvd was $2.48!!! I was happy dancing. I also found a LPS small world folding thingy for 75% off in toys so it was $2.48 (instead of $9.99), and 2 more of the Disney puzzles (there were 3, but i left one for someone else)...got those for $3.74 since they had changed it in the system the last time i found them there :) I spent about $44 and got the BEST cashier i've ever had...I didnt realize until I got home that I had forgotten to use the toy coupon!!!! plus I realized at the store that I had left my oreo coupons at home...i'll try tomorrow and see if they have any of the packs left (they would be 2 for about .38 cents with the coupon!!! ahhh...good times :) plus DD was super happy when i picked her up from school and she saw all the stuff i got her...lol...she's a big fan of you guys here at gottadeal :)

my experience w/Kohls has taught me that once it's out of stock on the website it's way gone in stores...bummer...i really like the ring!

the Brandywine, DE target did NOT go 75% off today...probebly tomorrow...which is good since my DD6 is returning to school tomorrow morning!!!

Hey, i'm looking for houses and would love to find a forclosure/bancrupcy website listings...but have only found pay sites (which doesn't seem right to me)...does anyone know how i can find these houses? TIA!

how do you find out if your store is closing? is there a list? i hope ours isnt closing...we only have 2 for the whole area...

Finally!!! After a week of seclusion and deprivation we left the house and ventured out to Target!!! Picked up 3 of the Pooh carpet squares for $22.xx each, but i think i may return them...it's for my laundry room and Pooh just doesnt seem appropriate. Also picked up 3 of the leapster games, had only brought 2 of my coupons so I still got a pretty decent deal (used the $5 coupon as well), but that lost $4 really bugged me (how long is this b2g1 deal good for?). We also picked up sunglasses for $2.50 and some pencils for .74 and some princess invitations for .94 (will return one pack earlier purchased). The cashier forgot to ring up the pencils and sunglasses, so i went to customer service to pay for them and she looked at me like I had lost my mind...lol.

I asked that...they said it would cost me about $80...then asked if i would like to buy it. I was like...umm...no.

So i've been paying Comcast $3 (plus tax) a month for the past 4 1/2 yrs to rent their cable modem...it occurred to me (yes, slow learner here) that I can buy a cable modem and save a bundle over time! I could've bought 3 by now... So, does anyone know of any good cable modems for not so much $$$? TIA!

i'm torn on this...at least if i get it from Target it's super easy to return if i change my mind...plus finding those mix clips at a reasonable price might become an issue...maybe sticking to a portable dvd player will be cheaper in the long run...thoughts? anyone have this?

thanks guys...she really had a rough time at first, but is doing better now (BIG fan of the ice cream in the AM....) appreciate the thoughts. The nearest outlets for us are quite a drive (which i would happily do!), but they say no driving out of the area for 2 weeks after the surgury don't they know about sales???

aww, thanks...she's having her toncils/adnoids out and is pretty scared about it (i'm trying my best to act like it's nothing!)...the place they are doing it is near another Target (it's like 45min from our house)...she told me to go look for the doggie photokins while she's in surgury!!! lol...I actually thought about it for a second and then was like "no...I think i'll stay with you"

My DD talked me into running up to the Springfield, PA Target tonight (she is having surgury tomorrow so i'll be out of luck Target shopping until 2 weeks from now!)...we found a froggie photokins and picked up the LPS clubhouse for $10 and the Hannah/Miley CD for $9.98...used the $5 off $25 coupon...so about $23 total...not too bad. Tried the popcorn/soda combo for the first time too ($1.06)...kept her quiet...she was starting to get a little whiney ;-)

Check consumer reports!!!! Every library carries it, so you can just go in and check to see what is the most economical vacuum for quality (that's how I got mine...just too lazy to go downstairs and see what it was). Once you pick the one you want then just come back here and we'll help you find that vacuum for the best price!!! Just a comment though...don't get a bagless, because when you empty the canister you release so much dust etc. back into your air!!!

I have a few things with that name...walmart clearance is your best bet.

The only ones "near" me are over 1hr away this time I went to one in Dec last year (i don't homeschool, not a teacher, etc.) and didn't have any problems going in or buying things...HOWEVER i was really dissapointed in the prices...not nearly as low as i was hoping/expecting
