I don't understand! I did everything the same, but my total was $31.xx!!!! What do i do?

wow. I've had terrible customer service w/both Southwest and AirTran, but nothing lifethreatening! I'm really allergic to both dogs and cats, so i can feel your DH's pain...plus now i'll def. ask about it when I fly! (I think i've been lucky in my flights thus far)...if nothing else you have brought the issue up in our (Gottadealers) minds, so thanks!

The whole tour was cancelled! We were really excited to go (my daughter loved that she could go in pjs)...they say they will refund all tickets, BUT not the fees associated with them! That bothers me since it's like $5-10 a ticket, and I didn't do anything...I think they need to refund ALL costs since they are cancelling the tour!

My store LOST ours They refunded our $, but my DD6 was SO dissappointed! Of course it was way too late to try to reorder...not that Walmart cared so much (they made us come into the store 3 times and held us on the phone for 50min!). After all that they finally did refund our $ and gave us a $30 gift card for our trouble. Still not enough to buy another one...but we found a Hannah one on ebay for $48.50 in the end...should come in this week (cross your fingers!)

I picked this up for $60 for my DD6 for Xmas...she's played it once, but mainly because we cannot for the life of us figure out how to adjust the sound...it is SO LOUD!!! Read through the book from start to finish, nothing...i'm at a loss. I would def pick it up for that price though! My DD also has the Hannah game and that is a big hit at our house (it's like DDR, but alot more kid friendly).

Shutterfly went 50% off at my store in PA, heads up! They went off their schedule and marked down electronics NOT on a Monday (grrr), so the portable DVD player i've been watching was long gone (would've been under $40!)...sad sad. Did find a double pack of colgate toothpaste for $1.68, had a $1.50 coupon, so 2 things of toothpaste for .18! The Fussion/Fission players were still at 50% at the store in DE, and long gone in PA (i'm thinking they went 75% off earlier in the week). We're going on a roadtrip this weekend up to CT so i'll fill you in on what i find along the way :) Happy hunting guys!

UPDATE: Unbelieveable. I called the store today again only to have them tell me that they still cannot find the player and there is nothing they can do about it. I then called Walmart.com...50 minutes on hold while they tried to figure out the situation. In the end they told me that there was nothing they could do, that the store lost our item. and get this. WE have to go BACK to the store for the THIRD time just to get a refund for our money!!!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?!?! I was livid. They wanted to give it to us on a gift card even, NOT a refund?!?!?! I was like, give me my damn money. I'm going to write a strongly worded letter to Walmart about this, i'm so pissed off right now.

So I ordered the Disney Mix Max (princess) for my daughter a few weeks ago for $30 on clearance (great price for this, my DD6 was super excited)...got the email that it had come into Walmart, but was busy with taxes and couldn't run over there...got the reminder email on Tuesday (saying it would be returned on April 25th if we didn't pick it up), so we ran over to Walmart last night to get it, printout in hand. WELL, 30min later they still couldn't find our item!!!! Told us to come back today and hopefully it would turn up (try explaining that to a 6 year old, but she was pretty good about it). Came back tonight, waited about 5-10min for someone to even come over to the site to store area, and then another 30min while they tried to find it again! Still no mix max! They tried to tell me that maybe it had been shipped back (I was like, no, not until the 25th, it's the 17th! and the computer said it was in the building!)...we left again empty handed This time my daughter was not as understanding and neither was I They took our $30 when we placed the order and it shipped out...but now we aren't getting our order?!?!?! Of course now it's long gone for that price/item and i'm a bit peeved at having to run over there twice now and wait and wait. They said call tomorrow and they would see what they could do (I had 3 managers by the time I left since i wasn't taking the simple "we can refund your $" for the final answer...I don't want the $30 back, i want the Mix max that I ordered and paid for originally and then waited and came twice to get!) AGH!!!!!

I asked her about the store issue (I bought in PA and returned in DE), she said that wouldn't be an issue...there was an actual DPCI # for the puzzles with their name on the paper receipt, so i have no idea why it wouldn't come up. I had all my paper receipts (highlighted them for each item being returned), but she wanted to do it through my card (despite my showing her my recipts)...in the end she did use the receipts for the puzzles, but nothing else. Good to know that I want to avoid that route at any cost in the future...since I do buy/rebuy quite frequently...thanks guys!

So i learned a good lesson today...don't do all your returns at once! I returned 2 of the disney puzzles, 1 photokin, 1 pjs, 1 invitations, 1 window sealers today. They had a hard time locating the items on my Target card, and heads up if you try to return one of the disney puzzles...they don't even have the numbers in their system anymore, they have no record of having it! The person doing my return did credit me for my receipt but told me i had incorrect #'s on it! (I didnt!)...when I left the store i realized that she had credited me only $2.48 for the window sealers (I bought them at $5 and then found them 75% and rebought)...I was bummed that she had done the return on the lesser price! I was tired though and didn't want to go back in the store to change it (if they even would). Picked up 6 lightbulbs for .53 and 3 flood lights for $2.98 so that made me feel better...i've switched to the energy efficient ones, but find they aren't nearly as bright, so i may mix the types in each room.

We have 3 toy boxes! One i bought a wood box at a craft store and painted it white. The other 2 are HUGE LT ones, both from garage sales...one i got for $1! Hit up the flea markets and garage sales that are starting soon, you'll find one immediately for nothing!

She kept the coupon for the free film, and I gave her the one to have it put on CD as well...so hopefully it will be fine *crossed fingers*

ok, i put in the film...but they said it wouldnt be ready until 9:15pm tonight....so I asked if i could just pick it up tomorrow and they said OK...now i'm worried it wont be free if i pick it up tomorrow

yep, both have been 75% off at all 3 Targets in my area for the past 2 weeks or so...don't seem to be moving...there are about a dozen of each!

I would be shocked if that were true at all (unless in cases of something being defective or broken in some way...and even then wouldn't it go back to the manufacturer for refund?)

check out your local craigslist...i sold my swing (exactly like the one you're talking about) on there...sometimes people can even deliver it to you if you can't pick something that big up...good luck!

ok, spent about 1 1/2 hours of quality time at Target this morning...went hoping electronics went down again...but like someone else said above, not too much marked down today there. As i was walking by an aisle i heard an associate say to another "she's here again" maybe i do spend too much time there...but shouldnt Target be encouraging that?!?! The Shutterfly was still 30%...and LOTS of it there...more in the aisle as well as the endcap...8.5 x11 photobooks, 8x8 photobooks, storybook, mug, keychain...i think that was it. Please let me know if any of you see it drop to 50%!!! TIA I found a few more Easter things including a carebear! I was so happy about that find, also the big cookie making thingy (i've always wanted to SUCCESSFULLY make a giant cookie!), some other little odds and ends. Then I got all involved in the free $5 giftcard w/stuff...took me FOREVER to figure it out correctly (and at least 2 associates gave me misinformation)...but in the end I got 2 packages of Always pads (2 for $13), 1 24 pack of toilet paper ($7), 3 things of pantene shampoo ($3 each)....I had coupons for .20 off the pads, $2 off the pantene...so in the end I got 2 $5 giftcards and paid $26.80 (so only $16.80 if you take off the giftcards)..not too shabby!

they had the 8x8 photobook, keychain, storybook and one other i cannot remember...i'm heading back in the AM so i'll post again tomorrow.

OH almost forgot...saw an entire aisle of the 30% off chairs/tables and entertainment centers!!! i'll be watching those!

Went this afternoon...still a few aisles of stuff...we returned the stuff we got at 50% off (rebought it all at 75% off)...I think the employees were thrilled because i heard them picking what they wanted from it as we left! lol. I doubt any of it made it back to the Easter section. We picked up the Dora bucket, some little candy, and a bunch of new stuffed friends and the glow in the dark bag eggs w/candy (super fun for next year)...no oreos left now that i had my coupon it figures! We even checked the toy section for some of the stashed ones (I do not stash personally, but love to find others stashes), but nothing there. Dollar spot was 75% off blue dot, picked up ALOT of the 4-aa batteries (thanks for the heads up!!!), some dog clothes (great for DD's bears), random arts and crafts stuff....spent about $15 total...not too shabby! QUESTION: when do they mark down things like electronics and shutterfly?
