  1. You must never get bored with him, that's for sure. From the other things you've said about your husband it sounds as if you've got yourself a keeper.
  2. Isn't that so sad?! My youngest is 11 and I think she suspects, but hasn't said anything. I teach 6th grade CCD and the kids were talking about Santa at our last class. I was happy to hear many of them saying that Santa is real. The Easter Bunny was a different story! Anyway, we don't put out the gifts until after the kids are in bed. Of course, we are usually wrapping them at the same time. I don't like wrapping. I'm really going to try to wrap this coming week, so I don't get cranky on Christmas Eve. Wish me luck!
  3. I also sent them an email telling them I fully expect them to honor my order as the item is showing "In Stock" right now. I really wanted this.
  4. I agree, your 3 bad things to happen are finished. Just be glad that they were "things"!
  5. Shows $682.50 when I click on the link.
  6. I ordered the Fly Algebra. I just looked at this tonight in Target. I think it scanned at $34.99 if I remember correctly.
  7. What are Andes Peppermint Crunch? Is it a variety of the Andes mints?
  8. Yes, they're both for my husband. He loves building with Legos with the girls. He'll be thrilled! I've got to remember to print off the 2 and 3 dimension blueprints.
  9. Starbucks or Dunkin Donut gift cards.
  10. My 11 year old recommends Walk Two Moons City of Ember Stargirl Hoot Flush Pleasing the Ghost Molly Moon's Incredible Book of Hypnotism These are not funny, but age appropriate (with the exception of Pleasing the Ghost; geared for younger readers). Personally, I loved Stargirl! We read this together. Great message!
  11. It's model number 4130 It also qualifies for the extra $20 off using Google checkout.
  12. My mom had nearly the same thing happen last week with something she ordered from LL Bean. The driver pulled up in a U-Haul, saw my mom in the living room, and threw the box from his van up to the garage. She called LL Bean and complained. I expect for her to hear back from LL Bean eventually.
  13. You've got that right!!
  14. I really wish I had done this when my children were little. I also like this that Tina suggested:
  15. I think you can get as many as you want in multiples of 3.
  16. I bought this one this morning (the 19") at Target with no lines, no waiting. My husband carried it in and changed out the old one and Taaa-Daaa, I've got a new monitor that is bright. The old Gateway one kept getting darker and darker no matter what adjustments we made. I didn't know if I would like the widescreen, but I do!
  17. My 11 year old is interested in one for geo-caching. I wouldn't mind having one for the car. Is there one that would be suitable for both uses? I think my primary interest in one would be for her, if I had to choose.
  18. So, assuming I can't snag one of the 22" Westinghouse monitors, what do ya'all think about the 19" Westinghouse from Target for $149? I have a 10% off instore card so, my cost would be $135ish.

  20. I wish I could get this deal online!! Our town library is wanting to purchase a decent inexpensive digital camera and I think this one fits the bill.
  21. I know what you mean! My youngest is 11 and I'm thinking it would be fun for all of us. We have the one from Discovery Toys, but "oooh, aaah" for this one with the lights and sound.
  22. I received this in my email. Evidently the Big Lots in central Mass. will be closed on Thanksgiving. . http://biglots.com/Holiday/subcategory.aspx?scid=54
