Friend just called me to say the FL mall Target is 75%. Looks like I'll be heading out to my Target to hopefully get some tablecloths @ 75% off!

Orlando area Targets also give you back what you paid on seasonal items as long as you have a receipt. I wonder if they've changed their no receipt policy here, to the giftcard up to $35?

Wow, went to two Targets this morning (one at store opening) and there were NO gladware, ziplocks, or palmolive dish detergent, and very few Bounty towels and napkins. Looks like those were the hot items this morning cause everyone was looking for these things. Either both stores sold out before Christmas or didn't restock the floor. I couldn't believe it, first time in three years I wasn't able to purchase any of these things the day after Christmas. They had lots of everything else seasonal.

I was on the phone yesterday with Target Visa and while I was waiting for a rep, a message played saying the toy catalog would be in this Sunday's newspaper. I hope I get one in the mail today with the coupon on it!

Checked two stores and still 50%. But I did get 4 MM, yay!

I don't know if it's just my area but the BTS clearance seems a lot smaller than last year. I went to two Targets today, one of them was in the middle of marking everything down 75% (no backpacks or thermos though), and all that was left was folders, notebooks, and regular Roseart markers. What happened to all the waterproof markers, crayola stuff, etc? Did they take them back this time instead of marking everything down this year? I KNOW there was A LOT more BTS clearance items last year.

I finally went to check on the swimming stuff but it's only 30% off, none were 50% off. I did get a couple of SuperSoakers for 75% off. BTS was 30%, including college 08 stuff. Didn't find any of the health and beauty deals everyone else is getting.

I'm in Florida too, but my friend said she was at a Target on Monday and they didn't have any swim stuff on clearance. I wish they would all markdown at the same time.

Has the swimming stuff gone on clearance everywhere? I haven't been to a Target in a week, but last time I was there it wasn't marked down at all. Hoping to get some goggles and snorkels for next year.

I have last year's BTS clearance as 9/11/07 @ 50%, and 9/20/07 @ 75%. I stocked up last year too so I didn't need to buy much this year.

Same thing happened to me last year. I decided to go back about an hour before they closed that night just to check and sure enough, the toys were marked down. And they must've just done them because there was still a huge selection. I got all the ones I wanted with no other shoppers around!

E. Colonial Target toys were being marked down 75% when I got there this morning. An item to look out for is the Blendy Pens. It was full price at another Target but this Target must've accidentally slapped 75% clearance stickers on them because the DCPI on the sticker is for the water ones. The Blendy pens scaned at regular price but the cashier changed the price to $2.48 since there were clearance stickers on them.

Goldenrod Target toys are 75%, toys were still scattered in their respective aisles not put in one clearance aisle. Bulk is still 15-30%.

For those of you who picked up the Target brand 12pk of glue sticks for $.74, does yours have dates on the sticks? I just noticed mine are stamped 3/18/08, does that mean they expired on 3/18/08 and probably won't work or they were made 3/18/08? Not sure if the date even matters. BTW, they are now ringing up $3.99 at my Target.

Got the square 6' X 6' Beach towel-for-two for 4.98 (75%), and 4pk Rayovac AAA batteries for .74 (75%). Found some more Skippy peanut butter and used the $1Q (.56 ea after Q). Most toys were still 30-50%.

Got firebowl for 75%, not much left of sunny patch or other patio stuff (also 75%). Got five 16.3 oz jars of Reduced Fat Creamy Skippy Peanut Butter on clearance (30%) for $1.56 - $1Q = $.56 each. They also had Smucker's 18 oz Red Raspberry Preserve for $2.12 - $1Q = $1.12.

So you're in central florida, is your back to school section already up? Is it where the patio furniture stuff was? All the Targets I went to in the Orlando area still have patio stuff but no back to school other than lunchboxes. Would like to find the globe, and now the glue sticks!

I saw this Target when we visited LA. Didn't get a chance to stop in but that whole shopping/eating area behind the mall is nice and big. We enjoyed watching the trolley and fountain show. Thanks for the update on the globe, hopefully as they start stocking BTS I'll see it on the floor. But it looks like it'll be awhile because they still had LOTS of patio furniture on display.

I was looking for this today but our Target didn't have the back to school section up. They still had tons of patio furniture where they do the back to school stuff. Is your store completely out of patio/summer stuff? Where is your back to school section? I looked all over the store and I didn't see any globes.

Winter Park Target dollar spot is 75%. They have quite a bit left. Toys were still 30-50% off, and summer picnic stuff still 50%. I wonder if they'll mark them down on Sat, after the holiday?

Does anyone know if the summer picnic stuff will go 75% off next week? And what day does the markdown fall on? The kids' straw mugs (it has water inbetween the casing which I assume is to freeze the mugs) would be great for my daugter's luau birthday party. Please post if you see it marked down to 75% (currently 50%); I need to pick up 20 of them. Thanks!
