  1. yikes! did not look at the details... only the pic. this won't work on Christmas day. thanks everyone. His bday is in March, so I'm sure it will make it to the bday wish list. :)
  2. DS6 just finished his letter to Santa and lo and behold we have a game changer! Instead of SW Legos, he wants the wii Lego SW game, Clone Wars. I didn't even know they came out with a new one and that it was even on his radar. soooo..... taking back the big SW Lego set and looking for a a deal on the wii game. I have no idea if there are any deals since on games. Amazon is listing 49.99 with $10 video game credit. thanks for any help!
  3. just purchased in-store at Walmart for $65. TRU is an hour away and we don't have Meijer here I thought it was a good deal, comes with mom, dad, and two babies plus patio furniture. same as pic here http://i.walmartimages.com/i/p/00/02/70/84/72/0002708472262_300X300.jpg
  4. Technically they can't adjust. I did a PA on a clearance item (Disney DDR for wii.) What they did was returned the item and I re-purchased it. She said the system won't allow an adjustment on a clearance item.
  5. I'd say she's probably too old. my 3 y.o. plays with it, but I don't think she would fit inside in a few more years.
  6. We do, but they usually don't have many toys. Good idea to check them out and see if they have more due to holidays. thanks!
  7. I have no idea if they price adjust. If they are the same just order it again, return the first. If it's not there in time, use the first one. It shouldn't matter which one you take back if they are identical.
  8. I usually get my M&D toys at TJ Maxx, but this year our location had next to nothing Best place to get online? Is Amazon.com my best bet? I have Prime, so I would have free shipping.
  9. Went tonight and scanned it. No dice. Still scanned at $39 for me. bummer.
  10. AAAAH! I got another stinkin girl warrior. LOL unreal. Now I have 3 and the other one I got is the same blue on from the first batch. Amazon, you're killin' me!
  11. got a few more, no problem with my order. ??? We shall see what turns up this time!
  12. Got mine today. Bummed I got 2 of the same ones in my order of 3 And they look like girl warriors?? DS will not be too happy about that! LOL
  13. went yesterday and picked up some more toys, they still had quite of few items. Lots of blu-ray players, tools, shop vacs, etc. movies all looked like they were regular price.
  14. We have a few of the wooden ones, but my son never really got into puzzles in general until recently. So most of the ones we have are too hard for her. I think this will be great, along with an apron. Thank you, thank you!
  15. Thank you for posting! These are HUGE with my son's group of friends. Mainly K and 1st graders.
  16. Thanks everyone! We have some of the games, since we bought when my son was younger. She's just not all that interested-- and I can only play candyland so many times! Her favorite is to sit on her barbie throne from Christmas last year, and listen to her CD player or read books by herself, dress up and dance, easy basic stuff like that :) I think I might go the puzzle route and see how that goes. She does a lot of cooking with me (including making play-doh) so maybe an kid apron and kitchen stuff would be cute and fun for her.
  17. okay fine. I got 3. you guys are a bad influence! His bday is in March, so if nothing else, I can hold on to them or he can give them to his friends if needed.
  18. quick question... son is totally into these, not that he really knows how to play. He's 5 and all the boys are into them, so now he is. I scored the battle pack at Target and the Tin at Walmart on BF. Do I need more? I'm thinking this is pretty good for a kid that doesn't have any, but wants to get into them-- and doesn't have any idea how to use them yet. I have the prime trial, so no worries on shipping.
  19. we have one. they do love it and play with it a lot. Seriously, these kids have everything and them some-- three sets of grandparents. I don't even buy them presents from us anymore. I try to say magazine subscriptions, books, etc. but they want "fun" presents. Maybe puzzles will qualify as fun. :) I forgot about Melissa & Doug puzzles. We have one that she loves. Maybe I'll hit TJ Maxx since they seem to always have a bunch of M & D stuff before Christmas and see what they have. My mom is usually okay with me finding stuff and letting her know how much it was. It's tough because she really can't get into board games yet, and my son has a lot of building stuff... legos and Lincoln logs, so she plays with those already. We also homeschooled last year, so we have a bunch of art supplies and crafty things.
  20. I have a million and one things DS5 wants, but DD3 is a different story. Any ideas for non-doll/stuffed animal, non-dress up, non-noisy/electronic, non-junky plastic toys? She already has a ton of stuff, too much in my book, but the grandparents want something "fun" for her to open. Santa is bringing a table and chairs set with tea set since she wanted a tea party for Christmas. I'm out of ideas for other gifts. Help me brainstorm? TIA!
  21. any chance that some DVDs are leftover from BF? I thought I had Elf and went to watch it today and it's only the CD. ack! I might do a Target/Walmart cruise tomorrow.
  22. We got one, and we weren't there until 6ish. Totally out of the microwaves though
