I went yesterday and when you open the Amazon app on your phone there is a barcode that gets scanned. I got the $10 email less than an hour later. I believe you can also associate your phone number with your Prime account and give them that at checkout. You can also submit your receipt if for some reason it wasn't linked at the time of your purchase. Finally, I think you can also get the $10 by doing a Prime Now delivery from Whole Foods. -
If I didn't have boxes of the survival kits all assembled and packaged for shipment already I'd do it.

Kinda bummed that we're not going to do BF shirts on a large scale this year because I literally just came up with a really clever design for a BF shirt. Definitely going to save it for next year so no hints yet...

Still at 34 members. Didn't lose anyone last month
-
Oh yeah I don’t remember seeing anyone post either. Could’ve been one of those forum members who only posts to enter contests. Also could’ve been a Facebook person as I gave away a bunch of shirts on FB as well and they all came from the same boxes.

Which gift card was that? We give away a lot of gift cards and I'm confused haha.

Update on the BF survival kits we'll be giving away this year in lieu (kind of) of t-shirts. They'll all be full of GD merch items (details to come) and as of now, approximately 1 out of every 5 will contain either a gift card ranging in value from $5 to $100 (as of now we have Amazon, Walmart & Target included) or a certificate for one of the ultra limited edition BF t-shirts. I'm going to try to get more gift cards, shirts and possibly other "premium" items over the next few months so those odds should be a little better by the time we actually start giving them away. So winning one will be your first thrill and then opening it up to see if you were one of the lucky ones to win something extra will be another.

6 months until Christmas

Seems like the Bon-Ton situation last year. They made all these big promises only to open a handful of stores and a web site that was nothing like the old store.

Confirmed by Amazon: https://www.gottadeal.com/Deal/220070 2-day sale starting Monday, July 15th. -
Maybe I’ll give a couple away to the first members who can post a pic of at least 10 or so previous GD shirts.

So like I said, there may be a very limited number of 2019 BF t-shirts in the BF survival kits just to keep the streak going...

Down to 34 in the club as j2wice and sas377 dropped out last month.

I'm still ordering even more stuff to include in these packs. In fact, these will cost me more than the shirts did. If anyone has good ideas for items that would help you survive Black Friday, either in stores or if you're shopping online (and no, I can't include alcohol), post them here and they might show up in the packs.

There's always a chance a few of the survival packs will have very, very, very limited edition 2019 shirts in them...
-
Also, bad news for some of you as we're going to skip t-shirts for BF this year. Good news is instead we'll be giving away "BF survival packs" with some new merch items that we haven't offered before, along with a random gift card component. They will be given away only - no buying them. But it lets me assemble and package them all well in advance of things getting busy. I'm sure we'll be back to t-shirts next year and I've got a bunch of older "classic" shirts and a lot of other merch that has piled up over the last ~5 years so we may also do another one of the "GD garage sales" early next year where I fill up boxes with as much leftover merch as possible and sell them for basically the cost of shipping.

Anyone have any ideas for the shopping bag design beyond just having a GD logo on them?
