I don't think any of them (HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshall's) do anything special. Each store has different merchandise so they can't really have an ad with specific items and they don't really do sales either. The most you can probably expect is that they hold back merchandise and put it out on BF.

Not in the last 4-5 year from what I remember. The military discount that just ended was the best discount they've had in many years. They used to offer discounts when their original programming was nominated for Emmys but those discounts seem to have stopped as well.
