  1. I'm in the same situation. Also have the Aria as my main system and am waiting for a good 939 board for it.
  2. In the new GottaDeal v3 design I am working on, selecting a store or category from the menus on the left will take you to the page with the actual URL in your address bar. A few people have mentioned that in the past, so I had already taken that into consideration and made the change. But thanks anyway for the suggestion, and keep them coming. :)
  3. I believe the coupon is only for Inspirons - at least that's what it says. Did you try the code with a Latitude?
  4. It works out to a 41% discount if you configure a system right around $1700, which is very good. Other than the $750 off $1499, the best discount I've seen recently for Inspirons was a 35% off code, so this is a little bit better. Also, Dell Business currently has free combo drive upgrades, and free Dell 720 printers with most Inspirons.
  5. Yeah, I just tried getting it to work so I could post the deal, and it wouldn't take it for me either.
  6. Nevermind. I see it's Dell Home, but the $35 off coupons are one-time-use only. I was wondering why we didn't have that coupon on our coupons page.
  7. I mentioned that price in my first reply. I think m61376 wants one a little cheaper
  8. "Actuaries love what they do. Their work is intellectually challenging and they are very well-paid."
  9. We haven't been notified of any Dell promotions anytime in the next few days. As soon as we find out, we add them to the Dell Coupon Page whether or not we can post the code yet, so always check that page first. If we know of any, they will be on there. The best I can find now is $434.99 shipped at Buy.com after $15 new customer coupon. Very nice camera.
  10. Link doesn't work. Just go here and search for 08K0939
  11. That's a very good price. Here is the Pricegrabber listing for that drive: http://gottadeal.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=2017558/blsrt=1 Another option if you don't need 7200rpm: http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10386970
  12. just a reminder that this deal expires tonight. still working as of 2 minutes ago.
  13. Yep :) I bought mine just before the end of the year for tax purposes. And I had a 35% discount code, which made it even hotter.
  14. All those were posted on the main site, in the daily deals forum on here, and linked to in this thread. I really want that V500 mouse. It's supposed to be very nice from all the reviews I've seen.
  15. If you spend a lot of time sitting on the chair all day, it's worth it. I paid a little bit less than that for one of these in December: http://www.steelcase.com/na/products.aspx?f=11852 Well worth it. Of course if you have a used office furniture store nearby, that might be your best bet.
  16. Once you get your laptop, if you are interested you can get a free 30 day trial of XM Radio Online ($7.99 value): http://xmro.xmradio.com/xstream/registration/dell_marketing.jsp
  17. Use this thread to brag about your new laptop. Feel free to post the specs you decided on and the price you got it for after using the coupon. Also, we have posted a few deals this morning for various laptop accessories, so be sure to check them out: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=7667 - RAM Upgrade http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=7666 - Notebook Mouse http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=7665 - Luggage Case http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=7664 - PocketSpeakers http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=7663 - Security & More http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=7662 - Slip Cases If anyone has any other recommended accessories, please share them with your fellow laptop owners in this thread.
  18. Goodbye ipoder. Thanks for playing. Better luck next time. (and besides, our link redirect would have redirected anyone who clicks on it to our referral link anyway )
  19. It would be an honor to ban him
  20. The processor doesn't make noise - it depends on how you cool it (usually the heatsink/fan). I have no idea what the popular choice(s) are for A64 HSFs these days. I'm sure someone on here does. The fans that come with these boxed processors are usually middle-of-the road from what I remember.
  21. That is an option, but a lot of people have Socket A systems that they may want to upgrade without having to get a new MB (and possibly new RAM, etc...) Plus last time I checked there were not many microATX Socket 939 boards and a lot of people (myself included) need uATX boards. But it's still something to think of. If you are building a new system, then A64 is probably the way to go.
  22. I think all the ones they linked are dual-layer. You can't go wrong with any one of them. See this thread: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=6816
