  1. I would have no problem buying from eBay as long as the seller has near-perfect feedback and has sold similar items in the past (and received positive feedback). You might not need a receipt for the warranty. As long as it's new you can register it and then your year starts from then.
  2. We've had a few spammers in the last week. You can help us out when you see one by clicking the little red flag under their username to the left of their message. That will e-mail us letting us know so we can take care of it as soon as possible. We are also going to be installing some add-ons for vBulletin that should cut down on the amount of spam, but as you probably know, spammers are persistent if anything else, so please use the red flag when you see one.
  3. Can you clarify the first suggestion more? We already have the Daily Deal Update that e-mails the titles and links for all deals posted in the last 24 hours. How would you want us to change that? As for the deal rating system, we're considering that. If we do decide to do it, we'll probably restrict it to logged in users only so our competitors don't decide to anonymously mark every deal as cold. And yes, we have a few jealous ones that would waste their time doing such a thing.
  4. New coupon coming Monday: Save $300 on any Dimension Desktop purchase of $999 or more. Coupon expires 5/5/05 at 5:59 am CT or after 5000 uses, whichever comes first.
  5. For those who missed out, this deal is back: For a limited time, take an extra 25% off all refurbished Dell Axim handhelds with the following coupon code! Only 300 handhelds available for purchase with this coupon. Online only. Coupon Code: TCXBVR4GX$D7F0
  6. I think Dell is pretty much done with their really good deals for the quarter. They have a few laptop coupons that are good for another week, so I don't see them releasing any great coupons anytime soon. They spoliled us the last 2 weeks, and now we'll have to wait for something comparable.
  7. Any Dell coupons we are aware of, both current and future, are immediately put on the Dell Coupons page: http://dell.gottadeal.com I add them as soon as Dell notifies us of them, so if there is none on the page, we don't know of any :)
  8. looks like only the 3rd shirt is still available...
  9. Musician's Friend rarely has any $-off or %-off coupon codes. Most of their promotions appear on their site and are things like free shipping, special bundle prices, etc... If we ever hear of any "real" coupons, they'll be posted on the site.
  10. "Direct thermal printing means no ribbons, toner or ink cartridges are needed. Ever!"
  11. I paid a lot more than this (probably almost twice this amount) when I got mine. They've come down in price. The main difference between this and using a regular printer is that there is no ink. It'll print tens of thousands of labels. You just have to buy the labels, so there is some cost savings.
  12. Yeah, it looks like the coupon must have been killed, even though Dell still shows the code on their own site. It was including in the e-mail because that e-mail is all the deals posted in the last 24 hours. the coupon was working last night, which is why it showed up. Dell has been updated that page linked in the first post when the deals have expired, but there must not be anyone there over the weekend, lol.
  13. I've had this printer for several years now. Very useful if you do a lot of eBay'ing or other tasks that require shipping. It's also compatible with Stamps.com if you use them. Or just use it to help organize your home. The labels can be bought at most office stores as well.
  14. might be. they only had 400 uses for it. it was working late last night, but might be dead.
  15. we changed our minds and just merged the grocery coupon and freebie boards into one board called "Grocery Coupons & Freebies", so use that from now on.
  16. There is no more "if" - the board has been created - see my post above. Post away :)
  17. A lot of these pop up right around 40 minutes past the hour every hour, so if you are looking for one, get a window open and start refreshing. As soon as you see one, add it to your cart to reserve it, then look at the specs to see if you want it.
  18. I wasn't referring to anyone in particular - just saying that it would be OK. For example, a lot of times there are sweepstakes where you can get additional entries by referring people, so those types of links would be OK under most circumstances.
  19. All models sold out! If any more offers come out, we'll let you know. Although with the weekend here, it's less likely.
  20. And for that forum, we'll be a little more forgiving if any of the offers have referral links. So in most cases, if you post it and can get something from it, that's fine. But we still reserve the right to edit links as needed.
  21. OK, new board created. It is a sub-forum of the Grocery Coupons board: http://forums.gottadeal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15
  22. It was Lucky's idea so...... I'll have to think about it some more :)
  23. Great deals on refurbished X50v's as well - I've seen some for anywhere from $260-280 after all the discounts, and most include things like memory cards, cases, extra batteries, etc...
  24. Dell Outlet For a limited time, take 25% off all refurbished Dell Axim handhelds with the following coupon code! Only 400 handhelds available for purchase with this coupon. Online only. Coupon Code: FWCD0K8M7XVVT$ Restrictions: Valid with ONLINE purchases with coupon code only through Dell Outlet Home. This is a limited quantity offer, with only 400 handhelds available for purchase with this coupon code. This offer will expire at 11:59 PM CST on 4/22 or when the limited quantity available is sold, whichever comes first.
