None of the electronics or office stores have had their ads leaked yet, so it's too early.

2nd batch of shirts was shipped today, which is all of them won/bought since 11/3.

These threads always seem to pop up before the "big" ads (WM, BB, Target, etc...) come up. Once those are posted, then we start getting the "how will I get to all these stores before the deals are gone?" threads

The parking procedure will probably depend on how many they end up selling for each mall.

I think we posted it last year too, but I don't remember any years before that. I know they have a separate online-only sale as well that they are supposed to be sending us soon.

I've had the Target ad for weeks. I was just waiting for someone to post about it before I posted it...

Due to a lot of confusion with the contest and how the rules were worded, we're going to slightly change part of it: Instead of the 3 members with the most deals winning "tiered" prizes, we're going to give a $200 prize to each of the 5 members with the most deals. This increases the overall prize pool from $2,500 to $2,750 and allows up to 18 possible winners compared to 16 under the previous plan.

I'd say as long as the fine print doesn't exclude BF, there should be no reason for them to deny you at Lowes. Of course Home Depot can make their own rules as it's not their coupons, but I'd think they would take it too.
