I received an email overnight from Kohl's apologizing for the delay in my order & the awful customer service and attached to it was a $25 gift certificate!
The GC is good until 12/31/14.

One of my friends got the same thing without complaining to Kohl's at all.

Got this too- my order took forever to get here, I assumed it was Fedex/UPS honestly (cuz of the storms).  I came here to check and see if anyone else had received it to see if it was legit!

I got it too. I placed two orders and they both took forever but I didn't complain. Props to Kohls for making things right without us even asking :)

Got one too.  Part of my order had to be returned because it came in late but good job to Kohls for facing the situation instead of trying to ignore it

I have 1 pair of mittens that I ordered on Dec. 4th. They are still in fulfillment. No email though. I have noticed that most shipping has been extremely delayed this year. It is driving me nuts.

I got it too! I didn't complain and wasn't overly concerned, but what a nice surprise! I placed my order on December 2nd and it just arrived yesterday.

Yet another reason I love Kohl's!!!

I didn't get one and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. My sister got one and she didn't have to wait as long and has received her order. Wonder how they chose who gets one.
