amickeyfan Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 I live in Lee County Fl, but this will be my 3rd year (I think), shopping in Orlando, FL My sister and I meet there, and start our shopping on Thanksgiving night.. online. We head out to the stores by 11pm that night to line up for the midnight shopping... We usually finish on Friday night.. non stop shopping... we live on coffee and chocolate that day...
celticnurse Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 probably White Marsh, MD and Newark, DE......no sales tax in DE, so might forego the MD stores altogether.
Netter40 Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 Columbus, ohio. Only about 25 minute drive but not a whole lot of stores in my town
lulamc Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 I will be meeting my family in Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving. Can anyone tell me a good place to shop? I get out with the early BF crowd, hitting the stores by 4 am or so. I'd be looking for WalMart, Target, Kohls, etc. and a mall.

There's also a Tanger Outlet mall on Parkway too if I remember right. It's been several years since I've gotten to go to Gatlinburg:(

No Target or Kohls unless you drive to Knoxville. They have outlets everywhere with some really good deals though. Wish I was going to be there this year. I think I am going for New Years though.
cngmac Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Phoenix, AZ Hoping for a beautiful 75 degree day!!
chimeralife Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Gulfport, Mississippi unless I can't resist the sales at the new Target we have in D'Iberville. Which also has a new BB in the same complex. Don't really want to have to go there because it only opened a month ago so it should be pretty frantic. So... Come on BB!! Show me the deals!!! I want to continue the tradition of being first in line at my usual store where I know everyone and the manager and my dutch cousins in line already.
wyntyrose Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Watertown, NY but I may go to the Lowville Walmart later in the day.
