I agree Sears handled it properly as well. I work at Wal-mart Tire Lube Express. when you buy the protection plan there, anything over 25% wear of the tires is pro-rated. You had 38k miles of 50k miles already, they only had 12k miles left so that is in the pro rate stage.

It would be hard for me to boycott wal-mart, I work there.

I will be at Wal-mart on black friday. I work there and hopefully ill find good deals too.
