After awhile it didn't work anymore. It is a glitch with the product, especially when you have the remotes in the charger all the time. I went back to using batteries. I went back to using batteries.You really shouldn't leave ANY rechargeable device in its charger for most/all of the time. That will kill the life span of any battery. You should use it till it dies, three or four times. Then after that, it will take less time to charge. Manufacturers say that this is not necessary with newer batteries, but I disagree.
