I just went there and got a wonderful little talking trash can for my 3 year old son, that was $24.99 and I paid $2.49. he LOVES it!! Also got bows for29 cents and gift boxes for 79 cents and 19 cents. Great trip. I wasn't going to go there till I saw this post this morning. I think I'll try to hit another one tomorrow. Thanks for the tip!

The last time I was in our local rite-aid, they had a little clearance Christmas, but they also had several boxed up containers labeled with various christmas mdse, so guess they were sending that back or something. Wonder how that all works.

As of yesterday, they had christmas story lamps, I think they take tealights, didn't notice price.

Has anyone tried using the childrens cameras or mp players yet??

Not sure if keeping or returning. Regular 29.99 now $2.99. I have purchased alot of items in the last 2 days. Scan everything, nothing is marked in my store.

I know, nothing is marked in my store either. I was hoping others would post their finds here.

I saw for 90% off: a margarita maker, silicone cupcake holders in the shape of ice cream cones, heated massage pads you put over your chair, and eye class holders in the shape of a cure kitty

I went yesterday. Borrowed a Rite Aid employee's card so I got an additional 20% off.

From the Christmas section I got:

XS Dog Sweater - .42 cents

5 2-packs of Large X-mas boxes - .14 cents per 2pack

10 3-packs of Medium X-mas boxes - .14 cents per 3pack

1/2 off 25 ft. outdoor extension cord - $6.00 (thought it was 90% off but kept it as it helped me get over $25 so I could use $5/$25 coupon.

Set of 2 Aqua Globes ($7.99 after discount)

Total: $13

Savings: $50

(w/o 20% rite aid employee card, would have paid closer to $16)

FYI-

Rite Aid has digital keychains in their photo section that are marked $29.99, but scanning 90% off. Each rite aid I've been too had tons (because they are unmarked). Also, cute rotating photo cubes, marked $14.99, scanning 90% off. Another gottadealer tipped me off to these, great finds!

Does your rite-aid have a customer-use scanner? Haven't noticed that at mine, but can't say I've searched for it either. Sure is a nice feature at CVS.

the lamp is of a leg, its from the movie "A Christmas Story"
