knreich Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 I am not sure I understand the point of this. Does anyone have one of these? Do you like it? What is its purpose?
asweepay Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 It says it's a wireless adapter, but I thought the nunchuk was already wireless??
Deal Grabber Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 It says it's a wireless adapter, but I thought the nunchuk was already wireless??There is a wire needed that connects the nuchuck to the Wii remote. With this wireless one the cord will plug into the grey thing it shows and wrap around the bottom of it making it wireless.

Yes,lol. Sometimes my kids have problems with the 2 being hooked together. My one DD plays Hannah Montana and I yell at her for jerking the cord between the wii-mote & nunchuck when she does the "apart" notes. And my 4 year old steps on the cord sometimes! lol
dblg Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Yes now I can stop hitting myself with the cord while boxing... sheesh that cord IS annoying
cchance Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Thanks! I got 2 for $17.00! Now I can stop whipping myself while boxing! I am sure that this will give me the advantage over dh so that I can beat him!! :)
mas6010 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 What is the free shipping code, it is charging me for the shipping. Thanks
tgunn_ocs Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Choose the slowest shipping method and it will be free.
Cheri17 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Mine are wireless, came that way, just need to replace batteries, but they last a long time.So I dont understand,do some systems come wired?
allshoppedout Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Now I can stop whipping myself while boxing! I am sure that this will give me the advantage over dh so that I can beat him!! :) I do this all the time. GO ! Fight! Win!

When you have to hook the nunchuck to the Wii-mote there is a wire between the 2 of them. Like to box and several other games. They are not hooked to the system but to each other. HTH!
knreich Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Thanks! It makes sense now. I never thought about boxing as I haven't hit myself yet but yet is the key word there.
MidwestMama Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 Did any of you get these to work? I ordered 2 but have only used one. The adapter part comes out of the wii remote when in use, even if it clicks in place. I tried to replace it but was bought before Nov 25th, so didn't qualify for the extended holiday return time. We didn't open it until Christmas. I am another buyer who won't be returning to buy.com
bargaingal2 Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 Yeah we have yet to figure out how it works as well
MidwestMama Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Yeah we have yet to figure out how it works as well We got it to work, but it keeps falling out. However, the reviews are good and we are stuck with it since we can't return it so we will try again. Hoping someone here has tips that I haven't thought of.

Thankfully, ours doesn't fall out ALL the time, but it does fall out enough to be an annoyance. We've actually gone back to just using the nunchuck with the wire.
