DS is turning 4 and is going to have his first real party. I happened to come across these and now I'm on a mission:

Shipping is $7 for them which blows the deal though.

Can anyone find a better deal on these or at least let me know of a brick and mortar store?

TIA

Cute idea...we did the race car thing and I bought tiny hot wheels cars for the race track cake. Anyway....do you have a Russel Stover store or outlet? We have one and i find lots of good deals on novelty candy there. Otherwise those are an awesome deal compared to others i've seen online...even with the shipping. Good luck!

Thanks ladies,

No go on either store. The nearest Russell Stover or Meijers store is at least 4 hours away. I will keep an eye out for bulk candy in the supermarkets though. It's very possible that they have them here somewhere and I just never noticed.

This probably won't help but I know that in the Christmas chocolate at Target, they had little baggies with race cars, its for stocking stuffers. They might carry it year round or in the Halloween section

:gdcry: Still nothing. I tried Marshalls, Big Lots, LNT, the dollar stores and Target so far. Halloween is the ultimate candy season and I can't find what I'm looking for. The irony kills me.

Thank you Everyone!!!!

We made race car candy bars one year. Too much fun. We took a small size candy bar, used Life Savers for the wheels and a M&M for the steering wheel (you cut a small section out for the dashboard).

They were adorable!

We had a race car theme birthday one year. He was 5 now going on 18 still talks about it. Kids decorated their own license plates and we put them on their ca rs that I made out of cardboard boxes. We mowed the lawn to represent a race track. The kids had a blast racing each other. Bought inexpensive trophies and flags for all. It was a blast!! Lot of work but well worth it! I love home parties.
