It will be nice this year getting cards, i swear i send out about a hundred cards and everyone i send them too is always like... I don't send out card. I'm like hello get in the holiday spirit.

Is the Ornament exchange the same as the card exchange (sending an ornament to each person on the list)?

no the ss and ornament exchanges you only send to one person

the card and cookie you send to everyone

does that help?

*whew* yep that helps. I started counting all those people signed up, and multiplying that by the $5 minimum. I was gettin a little nervous wondering what I had gotten myself in to.

I have no idea how apo works so i can not really answer you. I would assume it would not be a problem.

It's just like shipping in the US but you have to fill out a customs form. If somebody doesn't mind then I can play:)

I sent an email. My first time doing it and I am looking forward to it.

 

I also don't have a problem filling out customs forms. I have to do it when mailig to family all the time.

I'm in. This is going to be fun. I burned up the internet last year on this site. I have to find free and drastically reduced price stuff. It's an addiction......lol.

 

I would like to do this every year and start a GottADeal ornament exchange collection.

hey there i would love to join the card exchange again this year, i will send you my address as soon as i get home later this evening. it was so much fun getting cards from all over.

 

 

and i just have to say yesterday while i was at target they got a hole bunch of christmas stuff.

Oh yeah...my target has all of their cards and xmas lights out; but the funny part is that they haven't finished putting out their halloween stuff yet. I think they may have their priorities mixed up a little ;)

at my store we have a ton of christmas merchandise - enough to fill 3 aisles. as far as halloween, i can fit it all in a 2'x4' space. Thanksgiving merch is about 1/3 the size of the Christmas merch.

 

I don't know about target and the other stores - but I know that our company is focusing more on the winter holidays and on angels (no idea on that one).

 

 

 

on a sidenote, i don't know who i'm shopping for yet - but i've already started. I can't help myself. I'm itching to find out who I'm shopping for though!! Are we allowed to package our things in gift wrap before we put them in the box to ship?

Yay! I'm IN!!! I loved doing the exchange last year. I've been without my computer for almost the last month (we moved), but am slowly getting back in the swing of things. Sending you a Pm Eve. :) Thanks for hosting!
