I called the online customer service when I couldn't get any of the above codes to work and she said they are expired but that a new fs code would be coming out on Tuesday. I didn't want to wait until Tuesday and risk not getting the sizes I need (overstocks were going fast!.) Picked up three pairs of summer shoes/sandals for DS as well as a pair of winter boots for next year for DS and an exercise top for myself! If you print it out, there is a strip on one side that you cut out. I believe it said you wrap it around the widest part of the foot and if it doesn't make it, you order a wide. Something like that. I waited until I got the free shipping code which I posted, before I ordered and when it was time for me to order my sizes they nwere sold out except in the wide sizes. I really do hope they fit. I bought a regular and they look really wide on dd's feet. Plus I think their sizing chart is off. Her foot measured for a size 7, which is too big.
